I stayed in a great Blueground furnished apartment for six months and had an amazing experience. On top of that the building is Fantastic. The pool area is great. The gym is big and well equipped. There is a basketball court, a big supermarket next door and a tasty Vietnamese restaurant below.

Hands down. This is by far, one of Emaars best towers in Dubai with a great view

Definitely a good pick for enjoying the Burj Khalifa view, the Dubai mall fountain can be seen from this apartment. Rooms were clean, no provisions provided so prepare to buy some grocery (there is one right outside the apartment)before u enter, even drinking water. Convenient to walk from this apartment to the Dubai mall using the link bridge. Worth the price.

Great building and the environment.

Lovely place.

First of all a great location across from the Burj Khalifa with partial view of the fountains if your unit faces that direction. Full amenities with big outdoor space (pool, basketball court, tennis court, football, 3 bbq pits, outdoor seating areas, kids play area). Units have good quality finishes but one drawback of the curved design is that some of the living areas are not square but there are large balconies.

Amazing location, great connectivity. Direct AC tunnel to Dubai Mall and Metro Link. Beautiful building. Great facilities and staff.

The Good smell in the entrance gives you the positivity and the apartment are very nice and the best part is its the only residence building connected to dubai mall and metro.The only drawback is their entrance for the vehicles are from the back.

Nice surface - terrible quality and service: foul smell from broken utility duct, not a single power socket in the guest bathroom, dish washer was not connected to the water pipe, IT sockets were not connected to the IT panel, multiple issues with doors and in-built furniture, garbage duct jammed for the most time, no support in removal of bulk waste, doorbell not properly working, very poor garage layout...Only moved in one and a half months ago and already regretting it. Not worth the money.

Its outclass very luxurious and u can see beauty of dubai and also burj e khalifa from apartment windows and balcony. Link to dubai mall is just wonderfull thing. You dont have to go out its just attached to burj vista only within 10 mins you reach dubai mall by walk. But today we were lost the way to our apartment. Its complicated little bit.
