Very nice apartments, although pretty expensive compared to the Dubai Marina average.Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good and clean place.

Lived there for 2 year. Its good place and easy access to the highway. The place well maintained and secured well. The car parking is underground and convenient.The gym size is not big, but clean and not busy all the time so you can have your own space of training.

Very convenient location: carrefour and MED clinic just downstairs. Spacious apartments and great faciLities. No moving permit required when moving into the tower.
