Its nice place to stay, location is great ,near to the emirates Towers metro station,and near bus stop also. The attraction of the building is the new mangement and their operation. All the staffs are very helpful, and nice security system.

Too crowded, old building (cockroaches everywhere and other bugs) and without pool and gym, and no good grocery around. The management is trying to control people, like they are in the jail, but when you really need something, they will not help. The worst building in Dubai.

Best place to live. Will surely come back!

The only good thing is, it is near to metro and staff is really nice. Other than that everything is a chaos. Apartments are infested with cockroaches. AC doesnt work well. Corridors and stairs stink.

Best place to rent a apartment or room. Everything is near by and clean area. I stayed there 3 months. Its best. Not had any single trouble.

Al ghadeer is located at a very nice location. its totally residential building. Management is good. Rooms are available at very reasonable price.for short term Rental best place for tourist at reasonable price.

For a place like DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre), its like a boon...A person working in DIFC will have a 10 minutes walk from Al Ghadeer.Rooms are clean but lift condition is pathetic..Considering its location it has got to be costly and damn its costly. You have to share your bathroom and kitchen. If you want to pay more then you may get separate bathroom but still you have to share your kitchen.For a sharing bathrom and separate room, you will be paying from 4K to 5K Dirham rent per month. For a separate bathroom this goes as high as 6K Dirham. Cleaning is done only on hallway, kitchen and bathroom. That means you have to clean your own room or make your own arrangements.Staffs are friendly.
