Good building, in the middle of everything.Very well equipped and spacious gym, good swimming pool.

I absolutely LOVE TORCH. They have some of the best views and apartment layouts.

I like the fact that their public places are very clean and tidy most of the time. Their security system is well in place and dependable. The lifts are good size and clean. The Torch is excellently located amidst supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. Im giving The Torch 3 stars because even though the flat I stayed in looked clean enough in the first glance but the finishing in the bathroom and kitchen is quite below standard. The water, if and when leaked outside the taps never goes in the water outlet holes instead away from them because the holes levels in both toilets and the kitchen are raised from the rest of the floor. Generally the materials used are low quality but I guess this is the usual trend in Dubai, for middle income people accommodation. Gone are the days when you got better than or equal to what you paid for.

Rude Staff and management team difficult to deal with. Tenant Parking was frequently leaking with water everywhere. In the yest I lived there was evacuated twice and there were 4 fires. Pool was closed 3 months of the year and so was half of the gym.

Terrible experience with lift. 10 minutes waiting average. Weird apartment layout without symmetry and alignment.

Its great place to live and rent a flat. Security is great and around srea is clean and good for walk.Its bit noise because they r building two buildings near by but only if ypu open window

Great place to stay near the Marina. Very new and well maintained apartment. 5 min walking distance to supermarket, JBR walk, and tram station.

Not much to say but my experience was not great. This was an air bnb and if your looking for somewhere to stay you must choose another site. I’m not that picky but it really was a bad experience.

Whatever you may read its still one of the best builds Select group has built imao. Great location, easy access, central location, great finish.

Liked the apartment and staff. Very secure and well maintained. With well appointed gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi which were all underused.

If you want to be safe, live away from Torch. 3 fires in 3 years and I lost all my brlongings due to heavy smoke in the 3rd small fire

Well, the tower by itself is nice, polite personnel, furnished gym, etc. The only small problem is that its easily flammable.....

Once the tallest residential tower in Dubai, now eclipsed by 23 Marina and The Princess Tower but still a splendidly high building with great views of the Dubai Marina.

Used to be tallest apartment building. Good standards of house keeping and providing serviced apartments

Construction going on for months now. Impossible to sleep due to iron wires hitting the walls in wind.

It is a 82-story building with a mart nearby and a 10-minute tram stop.

Nice building located in the center of Dubai Marina. Nice and large apartments, but next to the construction of 2 buildings, the building burned 2 times, maybe because of the name. From high floors a beautiful view. Nearby are many Markels and shops, as well as a tram stop and metro

Heat and sand. What might you like? Dust is everywhere, including in the eyes and teeth.
