Hallways and common areas are quite clean, yet there’s flies coming in and out from our apartment,There’s fire alarm in my room which keeps alarming even 3am in the morning. Security is not on his post always so we need to wait for someone to come out so that the main door will open.Pros: cleaners and neighbors are friendly, (beside the alarms and some neighbors are having parties above our flat) area is quiet. Security assured coz the main door is close when the security is not around. (Trols )Interiors are classy and modern with indeed btw.

It does look beautiful from the outside. However, A friend just moved out and I have witnessed her unhappiness during her stay there due to: poor maintenance, dirty common areas and unprofessional security.

Good building with white Goods and unfortunately not good back up of The maintenance by the building peoples Complains about it a lot .

Pool is awful and dirty and its been like this nearly two years

I never lived in this building .. alhumdulilah .. i live in sunrise building .. but the terrible noise which comes from this building terrace parties .... in unbearable .. shows no control or discipline ... my building is far from it .. but still i can hear shouting and screaming .. i deeply sympathise who live inside it

Pls stay away from this building, their emergency fire alarm goes off every time and it won’t let you ever sleep in peace.

Terrible! Leakage everywhere, RATS in the building, water pressure very low, owner not helpfull at all even saying I cant get in contact with her. Never take an apartment here! Its a new building and its full of problems! I have been facing noise from construction from morning until evening!
