Its so true that people are the ones who make the difference in a companys success and client experience, Im writing this review to recognize Smita Nair , a renting agent at Coldwell for her attentiveness, eagerness, knowledge and professionalism. Im a long time landlord and amongst all renting agents I dealt with in the past Smita stands out. Its rare to find someone whod go out of their way to do an amazing job to get your business taken care of from start to finish.

As someone who is an oversees client, I was struggling to find a tenant and to understand local regulations/processes. I engaged Masuma to help me rent out the apartment. Key areas where I found her services to be exceptional were: identifying the right type of client, negotiating a reasonable rental in unfavorable market conditions, being thorough in ensuring all documentation was in order, and closing the deal and securing all rental checks for me. Her communication and responsiveness is excellent and I would highly recommend her.

Please beware of this company’s agent name Farhan Siddiqui. If you have him, you will have to pay him and do his job for him. From going to see the apartment yourself, to arrange people to clean your apartment, to arrange fixing things in the apartment which they promise to do and not do it, water leakage, etc. YOU HAVE TO ARRANGE EVERYTHING YOURSELF if you have this guy as your agent. When there is ANY problem at all during the stay, you will not be able to count on him for support. I was more surprise when he replies. He usually ignores. All talk, no integrity. I would rather stay in the hotel and pay premium than EVER having to deal with this guy ever again. I would rate negative star if I could.

Worked with Smita Nair on my Exec Towers Appt. Rental. She is the Only agent who I know who took pains to view the unit before getting tenants. Was very thourough on paperwork for both landlord & tenant. Even the last details of Utility transfer, cleaning, pest control, painting and repairs. The worst experience ever. Mr Farhan Siddiqui talks a lot, plenty of promises but no actions - this guys has ZERO INTEGRITY!

--- MOTOR CITY, Shakespeare Circus 1, Ground floor, Apt 13 ---My advice is to stay away from the recently advertised apt on Property Finder in MOTOR CITY- Shakespeare Circus 1( 1 Bedroom Apartment|Fully Furnished|Shakespeare Circus 1).My past experience with the landlord was the worst, starting with manipulations and going through disrespect, false promises and ending by stealing the whole security deposit while running away- literally- with all the cleared final bills, while the apt was in a perfect condition.Even the agency felt sorry for me and tried to solve the case but he wasnt answering calls from the agency, so they decided to stop dealing with him and removed the apartment ad instantly.RERA promised me that 100% of my security deposit will be back, but unfortunately I was leaving UAE for good and I had to attend the court hearings in person which I couldnt do.The broker responsible for this apt in Coldwell Banker felt sorry for that incident when I contacted her, BUT...!

Ive been looking for an appartment in Dubai recently and replied to one of the offers on propertyfinder.ae - got a call back within the same hour from a manager - Zeena Dgama. Shes a true professional, weve arranged the viewings and all was on a super professional level - right on time, with proper follow ups. Although Ive fell for another option from another agency - Zeenas attitude and approach was perfect, cant expect anything better.

They are really the best choice , I see a lot of agency but when I contact with musam she help me a lot and finely I found my amazing apartment because of her help and she is really having good communication

Coldwell banker is a renown company but there biggest mistakes to date was to employ a leasing agent who goes by the name of Zeeshan Ali.The most incompetent and unprofessional agent i have ever come across, does not show up to viewings, refuses to help tenants negotiate terms, bullys and belittles his clients if they even question what he is saying by raising his voice and shouting. If you ask him for his RERA card he will refuse to show it which made me question his legitimacy.In the end i refused to sign the contract with Zeeshan Ali, even though me and my wife really loved the apartment at the time.Eventually signing a better deal elsewhere with a really nice agent who we happily gave commission too as well as taking him out for a nice meal for all his efforts.

Very bad experience with one of the agent named Emi. I paid AED 3,000 commission and didnt get any support from her. As a tenant my experience with this agency is horrible. The contract documentation was wrong, which I had clarified with her before itself but she lied as she herself was not knowledgeable. Then she gave me the Owners Power of Attorneys number and asked me to liaise with him to get the correct documents. I had to do all the coordination with the Owners POA to get the necessary documentation done. When I moved to house there was no cleaning, AC was not working and when I contacted her, she simply put the blame on the owner. After that she stopped picking my calls and to my watsapp messages, just replied it is not her job. Good, the Owners POA is a nice man and helped in all documentation and flat related issues. Biggest unprofessionalism is when I call their office, the person who picks call never connect me to a senior staff as I am complaining about her friend. I tried reaching to senior staff but never got a call back from them. They have not even given final contract (signed) to me. I had to do all of these at my own. And all clearance for AC, DEWA etc. I had to collect myself from the owner. I paid AED 3,000 just to see their advertisement in dubizzle. I felt like cheated and robbed by this unprofessional agency and their highly unprofessional staff, Emi.

Unfortunately, my brother had very bad experience while renting apartment in JVC. So many agents involved in rent, always delaying the things that needed to be fixed, never answering the calls... to cut the story short-broken balcony glass in apartment was never fixed even after promising to fix it before moving in, (this was broken by previous tenant). My brothers deposit money was never returned... even though he had receipt and complained to everyone... this is when agents were transferring responsibility from one to another... all in all, sad and bad experience.
