I had only been dealing with Icon Real Estate just pretty recently (after cutting the middle man agent from another real estate firm out of the equation) and since then, its been smooth sailing with whatever I needed done for the flat Im currently renting.I have to give a special shout out to their reception, Ellen, who helped in processing the renewal of our tenancy contract (on top of reducing the rent further than what was initially asked for). Ellen had also helped in expediting this special request I had for AC cleaners coming in to vacuum all the dirt from the ducts (as the building management had strict rules of having outside maintenance teams doing work without the proper forms in place).Ellen helped despite being the weekend and she also made me feel like everything was going to turn out okay with regards to getting the AC cleaners entering the building without a hiccup (which did happen).I havent dealt with any of their agents, but if Ellen was her promoted to being an agent, Id deal with her any day as she puts my mind to rest and that I know Im in good hands with her.

The agent i am in contact with barely answer her phone and at times she drop calls on my face. what kind of service is that ?other than that the office ca be improve since it is too open the moment you enter you will see the full office, and it is so hot its like they dont use AC in the office.
