I would highly recommend to hire Al Maha for finding a place to stay as they help finding places with great security, locations , nice room size with decent rates. Staff is professional and helpful. I am working in dubai for past 4 years. However, I was staying in Sharjah and never felt comfortable there. Very very bad service. They will cheat on you. Make sure you inform them 2 months before if you planning to vacant their apartment They will never return your deposit money no matter how much you follow up with them Every 1 is useless. I will never recommend to anyone to take apartments from there Mr mitchdad and Mr Rauf are big liers dont trust them.

I have stayed in the Al Nahda twin building of Al Maha( Deyafa Medical centre) . I had really bad experience with their Maintenance Manager/PRO Mr. Salam while I shifted from there . The reason for my shifting was due to the continuous non-response for the Maintenance of the damaged windows for the past one year.He wanted to deduct AED 650 from my security deposit because of a hole drilled on the sink for the pupose of inserting a water purifier tap. I informed that I can close the hole with stainless steel cap as usually does in these cases (even in my previous flat i have done the same). He never agreed. Finally , Being myself a Civil Engineer and clearly aware of the material costs , I told him that I will buy a new sink by myself instead of paying AED 650.I bought a Brand new sink (UK brand same as old one) for AED 200 from the . So , Basically he wanted to cheat AED 450 from the customer who has been staying there for 7 continuous years , which really hurt me. I found this guy Mr. Salam as a purely unreasonable guy for this reason.This was In addition to the unfair deductions he made for non-broken Window handles , Ceilings , non-damaged Door cylinders etc.In anger of me bought the sink by myself , they charged further AED 200 for cleaning in addition to the already charged AED 100 for the same.Overall , I wont recommend this building for its horrible Maintenance and the terrible services as mentioned above.

I had Rented a 1BHK Apartment with AL Maha Real Estate in AL Nahda Sharjah for 2 Years Period. There was No Maintenance at all provided during my tenure of stay with them. As soon as My Tenancy Contract got over i was CHEATED and Charged 440 Dirhams For Maintenance Charges for the Flat. ( Description below )Kitchen Door Lock which was not working since i took the flat they charged me for that.Kitchen Exhaust Fan which was given BROKEN to Me they charged me for that as well.Washroom Exhaust Fan which stopped working 15 days prior to me leaving the House, they charged me for that as well.PLUS Some more Unwanted Charges.When i Argued and Spoke to the Maintenance Managers Mr. Salaam and Mr Yaseen they were VERY VERY RUDE to Me and Said This the Building Rule GO TO BALDIYA AND COMPLAIN WE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING.This is so RUDE and RIDICULOUS way of Talking to Tenants, just because now i have vacant the Apartment.People who are looking to rent flat with AL Maha Real Estate Please DO NOT AS THEY ARE CHEATERS

Better u forget your security deposit no matter how clean u maintain they deduct some of the deposit amount ......very disappointed with their service.
