Our office is located at Al Shatha Tower. Building is not new but you know that the building is well maintained. Hallways of the building are always clean. I asked information from employee of Blue Bay Real Estate (FZ) and I was really amazed that Ms. Divine is so pleasant and helpful. Right away she answered my questions.

This is the company that manages the Sulafa Tower. Enough said. Extremely passive aggressive. They tricked us into renting at Sulafa then started ignoring requests until I had to pause all my projects and start pressing them for action. If you ever deal with them make sure you get everything documented.
