I dont even where to start with poor quality property management. To non responding and rude customer service. Fraudulent charges being made at handover. I would tell anyone to avoid using their rents or provide their properties for them to rent. I am traumatized how poorly customer service can be done in Dubai.

Moreover, hes been prompt and helpful throughout the process and helped arrange all aspects of the moving in process! Very professional and friendly.

Neither agent picks the call nor responds the whatsaap, same for their official contact number and website support chat, agent speaks very arrogantly, his attitude is very bad. i saw property in discovery garden area, I tried to contact him 10+ times, he saw whatsapp messages but not replied.

I actually do write lots of review either bad or good, I always figure it will help someone somewhere coz I read lots of reviews. My experience with Arabian Escapes RE, in particular Mr. Julio Martin is 5 Star. I will tell u why, I was not at anytime given false hope or pressure. I dislike when I have doubt about something and the agent insists or tells me to overlook or its something small. That was not the case with Julio, he would give me time to think over and only to proceed of my heart was at 100%. I was never told things last minute, everything was laid on the table. Small issues were sorted and my voice mattered. On top of that I was given a clean apartment oh my the cleaning was superb What more could I ask for? I totally recommend Julio and I really appreciate so much am grateful till date.

My experience was with Sherwin who really went out of his way and was very patient in supporting me in multiple viewings at multiple times. Though I ended up renting through another agent as the property I wanted was offered by someone else, still Sherwin continued supporting me and offering all kinds of help with regards to procedures and moving in/out. I had a very satisfying experience with Arabian Real Estate - this of course came about through a profound communication between me and my agent, Sherwin. He listened and IS experienced.I was clear from the very beginning what I am exactly looking for (location, layout, etc.,) versus my capabilities (budget & timeline) and he managed to provide me an excellent service with a personalized extra mile. An example of an extra mile is that he turned a very blank studio into an amazing-looking flat through his own design & great choosing of furniture!!All throughout the process, not everything went great & as planned, but things happen & what mattered the most is that he offered solutions - unlike Aston Pearl Real Estate wherein I had an experience of the agent being there when things were going well, BUT when problems arose, the agent and its management went SUDDENLY BY THE BOOK.Going back to Sherwin, I personally recommend him because of his excellent service and he is a great example of an agent WHO KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. Please work with another agency if you can - some of the 5 star comments given here are actually from people who work for this agency - the stories they give are nothing but lies. They are slow to return deposits (if it is ever returned) but very quick to grab your money. I have vacated an apartment I rented from them, vacated in impeccable condition, yet there is no response about the return of the deposit although it has been weeks. Terrible people to deal with. Such disgrace to Dubai real estate agencies who are trying to do a proper job there.

He knew exactly what I was looking for and found something that he knew I would like, and I did. Rude, unprofessional and extremely ignorant.One of their agents just called me stupid and ignorant out of no where, then he ran away!He is unstable and couldnt even finish a regular conversation. He also said I can complain to owner because he doesnt care!! I just tried to reach the receptionist of company now and waiting for the GM call before I escalate to authorities. And will reveal the agent name as well.

This is a terrible estate agent. Very typical of Dubai ‘service’. They lied to me about how much deposit I would get and took six months to get it to me. The agent claimed she had ‘personal issues’ and couldn’t put it in my bank, then later claimed she wouldn’t drive to certain areas due to traffic. Terrible agency.

Terrible company to deal with, we rented an apartment for one month, one morning at 4.30am the tiles on the bedroom floor started to crack and expand, we thought the floor was going to fall through, a very scary experience, the noise was like fire crackers going off, although this was not their fault - the way they handled the problem was very very unprofessional, they visited apartment 3 times to establish what we were telling them, they did not return calls, they did not answer phone until after 10:45 that morning when they start at 9:00am, they expect us to stay in the apartment until they remove the tiles on the bedroom floor and replace them, so lots of disruption, dust and noise all when we are paying for a holiday apartment, they are one of the few companies who take admin fee and do not provide housekeeping services, we had to ask for replacement bed linen and towels. very very bad service indeed.

Arabian Escapes is a very professional and quick responsive company. They are committed to give the excellent Real Estate services.

I highly recommend not to deal with this company. They will not return your security deposit for silly reasons.
