Its the worst worst worst starbucks branch I’ve ever visited1. Floor, tables and chairs are very dirty2. Staff are very rude3. Cakes are not fresh at allOne of the staff people got very irritated about why we wanted to return one of the cakes that wasn’t tasting fresh and talked in a way that was very rude and unacceptable behavior to us

I dunno but I felt the Starbucks in the plam had sub par service, especially the Batistas and waiting staff. We ordered for a cappachino with sugar and we got zero sugar added with half a cup filled

Didnt know they had Starbucks here so I gave it a go and for all my luck they had some new coffee promotion the coffees name is FRAPPUCCINO PAMKIN SPICE and its amazing I definitely love the flavor because it was something new!Cheers to lovely staff and amazing coffee.

Food and drinks are great, and location too... You can also go out, just like i did,because, there is always too much people inside.

There is nothing good like a good refreshing coffee. I always get this in any Starbucks coffee shop. Staff are always very hospitable and efficient service.

This place does not need any introduction. Quite a good facility to find Starbucks right here in Atlantis. Good to have comfort beverages right where you stay. Nice hospitality as usual and nicely maintained as well. Cant go wrong with Starbucks

Understand that I am very particular when it comes to coffee, I have tasted coffee around the world. I would say this is up to the Starbucks franchise quality. I cant give 5 stars due to the competition out there, and Starbucks is miles from the better cafes out there. Those who say they think Starbucks is the best have never traveled and drank coffee from smaller local cafes, but it met my caffeine fix and I did enjoy.

Suitable prices

First time when I’ve been here, everything was perfect. BUT Today 3/26/19 it was just horrible.I ordered a drink that never had a problem in any Starbucks, Matcha Green tea, cold, with less ice (cubs). But they made me a drink with a full glass of ice, I politely clarified what I ordered with a couple of ice cubes, for which they took a glass from me, and they just threw the ice into the sink with a spoon and gave it back. I was shocked, of course I made the remark that it was at least rude.I was told do you want to be redone?To which they gave a new drink, where there was only a third of the glass.This angered me and I returned to the cashier, and he began to prove that he made concessions to me in general, making not whipped tea.To what did she say that if I did not understand it for you, and you don’t make such tea, why are you selling it? And how can you do it with such an attitude?What if there was something in my order that was not clear; could be clarified. After all, in other Starbucks they just offer me more milk, or they just put a little more Matcha powder, and they make an almost full glass, but without ice. To which they again took a glass from me and added milk.I am sitting in front of this glass With milk and Matcha crumbs, and I think, why? After all, such a tourist place, with such a boorish attitude ... although yes, because most of the people here are stray, and if there were regular customers, they would not allow themselves this.Even one star the staff who worked today deserved it.03/26/19.14:30
