Caffe’ Nero in Dubai festival city mall is in the ground floor in the promenade side. Good coffee. There are enough space to have a cup of coffee with our loved ones. We can enjoy their menu with reasonable prices. Staff members are very cooperative.

An excellent place to relax amongst the busy Festival City. Food is excellent and coffee prepared by a well trained Barista. Service is friendly and prompt, they know what they are doing here. A chain coffee house that has got it spot on! I will be back. Highly recommended

Americano coffee was good as well as croissants..downside croissant is too small compared to the price and size of other competitors just opposite side...A bit overpriced AED60 for one americano, 2 small croissants and 1 piece Tortina chocolate !

Worst experience ever.- the chocolate bars that were sold had some kind of flying insectPictures are below- I had to drink hot choco while there was flies around it so I couldn’t drink- however the staff was very nice so they shouldn’t be blamed.- I had to ‘shoo’ the flies away from my book- basically I would not recommend in the festival

Loved the staff and loved the iced mocha and they constantly disinfected the tables and seats with a machine once you left, well done, wish most places would do that

Cosy place in festival city mall next to magnolia bakery. And right across starbuck. Seating is spacious and more comfortable than other coffee shops around here. Sometimes can be overcrowded but usually you can find available seat after a few minutes

If theres one thing that attracts you back, its there setup. And the fact that its located in Festival City...which is always less crowded in comparison to other malls. Despite two more coffeeshop next door to this, Caffe Nero remains my choice in Festival City Mall. Good coffee and good sandwich in particular. Love the atmosphere. And unlimited parking in the basement.

Simply the best coffee in the world

Recommended to get Fruit Booster: mango and passionfruit. The taste will boost you and get fresh. So nice, a bit sour and less sweet. Well blended. Also, order it less sweet. Spanish Latte is a bit too sweet because it serves with condensed milk. Better to get the normal if you don’t like sweet taste.Staff are nice but a bit slow.

I always visit Cafe Nero in festival city, and the service is fantastic. The staff are warm and friendly. They are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they sell, and are always happy to give you their opinion about their menu.The new menu is fantastic - it has a wider range of healthier snacks, and more variety. A great place to enjoy lunch/ coffee whether you’re alone, or with company.

Nice place to hangout during weekends. But this place is always full and if it isnt all the chairs will be occupied by one group leaving tables with no chairs for other patrons to sit on. As far as the services go its normal and nothing extra ordinary.

Popular coffee ☕️ shop within Festival City Mall with open free WiFi comfy sofa chairs as well as tables with chairs, ideal for meetings with a laptop 👩🏻‍💻 Little on the pricey side with 2 cappuccino and 2 croissants 🥐 coming in at AED 50 without waitress service. Coffee tastes good and croissants are warmed in the oven before serving.
