This place is really good for having good food.We had brownie Frappe , Choco Frappe and Mix fruit juice and bun with Nutella and almonds toppings. It was really best place for having food. Staff is too cooperative and ambience is also very good. One should visit this place atleast once and you will fall in love with this place. Rates are reasonable as per the location it is in. And quality of the things you will order will be really good.I and and my family members enjoyed this place very much.

Awesome place, relaxing nice outdoor seatings. Just the chairs are low, if you are not 2 meters high person, it will be a bit difficult to reach the table. Or if they would put small pillows on the chairs, would be very comfortable and soft. Menu has buns to offer with different toppings , with nice drinks, like zarfan latte, hot milk, milk tea, milk coffee. ...The price are ok. Not cheap, not super expensive. Two persons bill can be 100 Aed . They buns are always freshly baked, the only things is they are disaster for the person who appreciates the healthy eating or on the strict diet. Bunch of sugar and butter. But i think its ok to sin once in a while. Delicious, yummy buns !😋😋😋The staff are attentive and kind.I put 4 not 5 stars, because of the parking of JBR. There are parkings for 20 Aed per hour, others 20 Aed per visit, but now they have raised 50 Aed per visit. Its very inconvenient. The restaurants will validate your parking ticket if your bill is 100 Aed plus , though its still not satisfying if you came for example alone, or if you just wanted to have a walk. You are keep paying for everything here.

My family decided go for a quick walk in Dubai Marina last Friday night. On our way back home, we saw this amazing place and agreed to stay while enjoying their signature buns. It was not our first time here and enjoyed every minute of it in every visit. After sometime the crew served the ordered items and right after he put the first glass onto the table the remaining glasses were spilled to the floor and splashing some to my sisters. No apology was delivered neither the crew nor the manager that night. Instead, they were asking us to move a little so they could clean the floor unfortunately in a rude tone. The gentleman who cleaned the mess made by the other crew offered us a discount and even apologized which the other crew and his manager failed to do. Sadly, after receiving the bill, no discount was made. I loved this place but I think theres something wrong with the service that night. Hopefully this changes.

Not the best Papparoti, especially in terms of hospitality. Waiters are not friendly and they dont really care about your comfort They just do the job.. with a bit of a harsh attitude. Other branches are usually way more friendly

Excellent Hot Bun! Get the 5 pieces and eat them without any toppings, its delicious as is. It does offer a variety of drinks starting from fresh juices to hot beverages. I recommend their Saffron Latte other than the regular tea or coffee. Service is above average and atmosphere is quiet and family friendly. They have an indoor and outdoor seating option.This establishment validates your parking ticket (in the basement, not the side of the roads) for 3 hours on 100 AED minimum spending.

I just ate a papparoti and I am in love :) I had never seen those before and by the looks of them, I thought they where heavy buns. I could not be farther from the truth. The plain papparoti is light and soft like a cloud, in the inside theres a cavity with a touch of a lightly sweet, lightly salty jam. The outside is a bit crispy and sweet(ish). The whole thing is perfectly balanced, I could eat 10 of then. Plus the location in the JBR walk is very nice and theres ambient music in the air. The cappuccino is good too. Give it a try!

Really good coffee buns sold here. The signature coffee bun have a crusty outer layer and a soft fluffy inside which tastes great. I ordered a turkish coffee and bun set which costs abour 23 AED. The turkish coffee is basically unfiltered expresso.... imagine a strong expresso with really fine coffee powder. Safe to say this is the last time I am ordering turkish coffee.06022020

The coffee bun has always been a comfort food.

Based on the majority of reviews I decided to try it. 1st time was 7 years ago so i said lets go again.I wasnt the 1st guest so i asked for white chocolate bun then they said its not available so i took strawberry and was told it would take 15 mins to prepare the bun. Then 3 guests came and I saw they were served white chocolate bun in 5 mins!!!!I might give it another chance but at a different branch.

I had the worst experience. I went with my son 2 days ago and ordered bun it was served late and not cooked all the way , I asked them to change it but they told me they are out of buns and it was 4pm ! And the last 4 buns another table order it after my order! The manager was so rude and didnt even apologise . Very disappointed,it was my favourite place but I will not go there anymore!

Worst experience at all Rotti’s across Dubai.Absolutely disgusting so-called “Strawberry smoothie” consisting of only crushed ice and artificial flavored syrup.Kunafe with cooking creams instead of cheeseWatermelon juice was basically watermelon cork blended with water and some sugar to make it less awful.NEVER AGAIN

Its an extremely cool place. From glass walls for indoor seating to outdoor seating on the walk, its a place for all to sip their beverage and chat along. The buns are extremely soft, buttery and a variety to chose from. One can also chose from a range of drinks, from the modern cold coffee with ice cream types to the authentic arabic tea. Its a great deal. Highly recommended at JBR.

Pappa Roti buns are always served fresh and tender. service is pretty good too. Their JBR cafe is amongst the better ones, great service

Their buns - amazing, so delicious, without any topping, just bun and tee with milk is unbelievable great!

Worse Branch at JBR, the bun is not worth the unwelcoming and rude staff you have there. Not a surprise since the manager is a condescending liar that the staff follow his lead. Usually staff should be welcoming, it seems you havent been trained for the basics.

Nice location.. JBR walk is an excellent place to spend your evenings specially in winters.

Very Rude Staff they tell you if you dont make AED100 bill then we dont like it. How will you make AED100 bill in AED 12 for one BUN they say please take home delivery so if you are a couple you have to take 9 bunds home and eat one

I was disappointed with this place, they dont serve breakfast, the Cafe Latte was so sweet cause they poured lot of Hazelnut syrup, even their famous Buns were awful, the taste of the raw eggs was dominant!!

I was there today and we have been 6 persons with three cars and they asked us to have more orders to validate our parking tickets which was so rude of them as staff and then we asked for the manager . At this point all the staff started lies about the policy and how much they are obligated by Meraas managment however all the other places in JBR doesnt do this. We asked for iced coffee and it was so bad we changed it with a bad latte which is basic order. Its a no go place. Even one star is not good.

Papa Roti is a classic must-go cafe! The bun may look simple but its delicious! Sweet with a crust layer of brown sugar and melted butter in the middle. I also recommend their Cardamon tea, so good!

This is a nice place to sit and have a cup of coffee with their traditional bun specially after the walk on Marina Beach. I have tried it in other contries too and its taste and class is good.
