Been there a couple of times now.Here is the review:1. Sweet spot to sit, relax and have a sip of coffee.2. They have ample sitting space outside and inside.3. Staff is friendly and accommodating.4. There is no parking space outside, which is the downside.Still love having a sip of coffee there.

Nice quite location for quick business meetings if u will, very near by the parking, use Dubai Opera parking entrance.

This branch is quite small but convenient if your by downtown area and like caribou’s stuff. Had the protein chicken sandwich and was not disappointed .

The card machine was not working and I was unable to process my order.Spent 30 minutes trying to process the payment but the card machine failed every time.

For over 40 minutes the card machine wasn’t working with 1 employee only AND they threw out and canceled our order. !!!

As far as caribou coffee goes, it is consistent with flavor. Service here, however, is very hit and miss. Note that any free small beverage on the rewards card is not applicable to almond, oat, or any milk alternative other than soy. A bit misleading on the card. Management, please make corrections to avoid false advertising.

I get coffee here or the other downtown branch every single morning. The coffee is OK for a chain and the service usually very good. But Im sick of the scarcity mentality from Caribou management and complete short sightendness and lack of consideration for customer loyalty. Even though I get my coffee every day in my own container, I was refused 3 small cups with my large brewed coffee because the policy is to give one large! Couple of weeks ago they ran a failure of a loyalty card program, where after filling like 5 different cards, I decide to redeem one, and turns out I can only get a small coffee, no possibility of upgrade with cash, and compelete lack of flexibility from staff with robotic answers. This is a rant on poor management more than anything else, and hope someone from Caribou sees this.

They always remember me by name and what I order, despite me only paying a visit a couple of times a month. Coffee is good, service is excellent!!

Caribou coffee is great anywhere! This place is small cozy n quite. One of my favourite coffee spots in Dubai!

Only one server. Family of 3 ahead of me couldnt make up their minds ahead of me so I left after waiting 5 minutes.
