One of a few Starbucks Reserve shops in town. Great for a weekend morning chill with handcrafted speciality coffee. They do offer standard Starbucks products as well.

Amazing.We had Iced Signature Choco and Smores Frap with added Demerara. To be frank Iced Signature was much better.

It is nice place with outside sitting option. This is one of the few Starbucks Reserve in Dubai. It is like limited edition. Offers coffee and eating option which you cannot get anyother starbucks. It is spacious also. Staff here is little too fast and give less time to order or think the options

Its my first time in this Starbucks ® shop and I had a great time especially that i spent it with my friends. I liked the ambience and the scenery surrounding the area. I was so chillax. You can bring your family here without worrying about the space. They also have a wide selection of merchandise that are gift worthy for any occasions. It was such a pleasant night having my favorite tea (English breakfast) while catching up with your pals. I should make sure that i will get to try their pastries on my next visit. Looking forward. 😊😊👍👍

Lovely outdoor seating, very busy on Christmas Day 2020 but staff managed to get orders out efficiently - well done to them!! First time I visited a Starbucks reserve, was impressed with the variety of contraptions for coffee making.

A great place to sit and work while you sip on a coffee. The view of the promenade, beach and sea from inside the cool coffee shop really helps me focus my thoughts.

They have local rules 😟 staff told we do drip coffee only one time per day and no more for today ... and she told because it’s reserve Sturbucks you have to drink alternative coffee ... 😒😒😒

Cozy ambience by the beach... Lamer beach Starbucks is something out of this world.

The service is good but the carrot cake is not that yummy, the filings is more than the cake. Offers to seat outside facing the beach area. Temperature is good, music sounds is tolerable. Have washing and toilet inside the store. Staff are friendly and courteous. Opens till 12 am.

In the name of social distancing there is discrimination with customers. There is absolutely no consistency in maintaining social distancing and it seems only Asians customers are being targeted. The staff are extremely rude and seriously need training in customer service. Quite disappointed to see that such standards are being set for a reputed company like Starbucks. It would be great if some way up in the management of Starbucks could get in touch for a feedback. I have been several outlets of Starbucks worldwide but have been treated in this manner.

Its a hit worldwide. Nobody can have negative reviews about it. So leaving behind the coffee and food review the Starbucks at La Mer cant be explained in words. Its facing sea. The ambience is honestly hard to write in words. A must must must go place.

The worst Starbucks customer service and operation ever! The staff captain is very rude! I wanted to order coffee and they didn’t allow me to even wait for a table to get available when I set outside the staff came and kicked us out because according to her we can’t sit or wait outside as well!! In the same time there were two tables with kids sitting around without anything to drink on their table! They should have a rule to avoid people occupying tables without purchasing anything !!

La Mer is a gem nestled in the heart of Dubai and Reserve is a facet of it adding to its beauty and charm. The coffee is great, the ambience relaxed and the beats pumping. A must visit.

The cafe is located in La Mer with views of the beach. A very calm and pleasant ambience. The staff is cordial, especially Ms. Sreeja who was helpful.

In addition to regular Starbucks items, the reserve offers premium freshly brewed coffee through different techniques like chemicals and pour-over! Baristas take time to explain the whole process which makes it very interesting! Prices are however more expensive than regular drinks

Bad experience... I’m living in dxb and visited a lot of brunchs and was happy with the service all the time, but here at La Mer cashier had bad attitude, I felt like if people speaking other languages he can charge them... And his explanation was like “I thought... Do you want I will give you money back?”

Nice place but unfortunately very bad customer service specially from the manager at that time. The issue was a misunderstanding in ordering & parking reimbursement , however the way of discussion was so bad that our whole group refused to continue hanging in this place.

I LOVE IT! Yes, they only have 3 coffee blends (Peru, Ethiopia and Sumatra), but its still better than nothing. They have a variety of brewing methods and you can watch while they make it over the counter! I loved the place, the ambiance, and the coffee overall. However, the setting is quite small, as only a few tables inside are available and the majority are outside. It would also be great if they had a second floor, but oh well..

Neat coffee house situated in La Mer North side. Have been here twice now, second visit was alright as our server was not attentive and we ended up getting cold coffees for extra hot as we had asked for.

Amazing location, setting and weather for a nice coffee sitting outdoors and enjoying the breeze. The coffee is reserve but did not realise the difference except the higher price!

I hate being treated like this..! They apparently have a limit that you have to spend to validate your parking token which yhey wont tell you until you come to ask for validation... This way if treating customers is cheap and tricky, totally....I have no words...

Customer service is not so pleasant. We asked a lady to open shade umbrellas outside, but she refused. We had to sit at the back. In a while we saw them being opened. Not the best breakfast we had honestly.

It was crowded but COVID SOPs were being followed. Loved the coffee 😉
