A place from where I normally take away donuts for family gatherings and meet up. Always nice and fresh. They mostly have deals on half dozen and dozen donuts 🍩.

My weekly struggle when I order from you guys, please find a solution. The stickers you use are not user-friendly.

Picked up assorted donuts one of the mornings . Not a great fan of Dunkin’ Donuts though . However the donuts I got this time was really fresh , very soft which is not been my experience always . Loved the Hershey’s vanilla glazed , KitKat flavors . Also loved the theme of FIFA which created excitement for the kids . Service was good and loved it !

Great donuts. When they couldn’t offer my order they replaced and gave me a free one! Wasn’t expecting that but sure was the kindest surprise! Thank you Saye, very kind of you 🙏🏽

They don’t have breakfast at 8am in the morning on a working day because of late delivery so ppl will come at 9 on a working day??? Rubbish service. If they are in food business and their deliveries are late they should shut it down seriously

Extremely slow,Went there at 16:45 on 16th December.Firstly the Barista (African Nationality) allowed customers to enter without masks on. I wish the municipality had seen this.Secondly, before serving me 1 cup of coffee to go he decided to clean all tables and chairs and the doors, then go to his laptop for some work and serve me my coffee once all this was done. I waited 10mins before he could startt taking my order.Never had a bad experience before but Im putting this review mainly cause he allowed people without masks inside.As foolish as people are these days, there should be some initiative from the staff to warn customers to wear their masks inside the store regardless.

Hate this dunkin experience😕Although the sales rep is on an argumentative mode at least he had the decency to call up and inform us that the original ground coffee that we ordered is not available and had to replace it with hazelnut instead. Even though they have regular coffee beans they only have one grinder IN A COFFEE SHOP.....😒I had requested to add cream cheese on my bagel since im paying an extra 2 AED for a slice of cheese, couldnt do that either, as there is a price difference of 1 AED ......I ask how can i add cream cheese? He said to cancel my prepaid order in talabat and re order again and add cream cheese to the order, but how could i do that when there is no add cream cheese option available for an egg bagel???? 😒Sales rep said he didnt know that was the case.Wrapping up the conversation, he said just to follow whatever is in my order, but how can you do that when the first thing that you have ordered is not even available? 😒😒

Their timings are up to 12am, I came at 11.30pm for takeaway and she said she’s closed already because she has something to do early morning! How pathetic and ridiculous

Typical Dunkin` Donuts venue. I like the easy access as it is at the petrol station with easy parking. Also every time very nice service. They have croissants and cream cheese bagels for on the go.

Very good outlet with excellent service and variety of choices on donuts. Its inside the petrol station, dont worry about the parking because they have parking spots in front of them. Really a good place to take a quick bite and relax while you are in a journey

Ordered yesterday from Uber Eats. My order was delivered and had a doughnut in there that I didnt pick. I rang up to complain and they said they can out of the Boston creme and put another one in instead. I asked them why they didnt call me to tell me so I can pick another rather than have them pick one that I actually hate. Their reason was that they were too busy. Horrible excuse, funny thing is, that this isnt the first time this has happened.Terrible customer service and no intuition used whatsoever
