Very nice coffe but the guy with glasses even didnt said hello thank you costumer service basics.

A small shop at Terminal 3 of Dubai International airport. If you are in panic, have stress of upcoming journey. Take a rest and try cappuccino coffee with walnut cake. You will definitely be calm and appreciate my recommendation.

The best part of this coffee shop is that you can sit quietly away from the crowd and relax while you wait for your fight. It is very spacious and the seats are comfortable. The cafe is located at a very good spot tucked away from the busy shops.The coffee was quite decent for airport standard. The service was average but I wasn’t expecting much - so long as they bring me the coffee.

Try their carrot cheese cake. Oh mother! It’s at a different level all together. It comes with nuts as topping. I am huge fan of Starbucks but unfortunately they did not have any seating arrangement so this worked for me. Staff was very polite. I wish there was few more eating option like vegetarian stuff not that I am vegetarian but it’s always good to have more variety besides what’s in the freezer or pre-packaged food. Nothing can beat fresh hot food. Their coffee plates cavity for cups are not in center. I think that’s very thoughtful of someone wants to keep their cookies in the same plate a coffee. Coffee is full bodied, stiff flavor although I’m black coffee person but I am sure it will make very good milked coffee.

Have been here several times and the service was great each time! Order was accurate, maybe not the fastest but always delivered with a smile.Tables were always full so seating could be a REAL challenge. Flying through DXB I’ntl, I always head straight here for a flight prep.Plus, you’re in an international airport, sit at a table with a stranger and make a new friend, I always do.

Always a good place to have a quick bite, drink and chat before boarding the aircraft.Good service and food.

Probably costa should train there staff to smile with customers and not being arrogant when they get to order I did enjoy the coffee at t3 near 31 but staffs are giving it away night staff 1 am 27 sep

Had to catch a connecting flight from Dubai international and dropped by this coffee spot and picked up a flat flight. No complaints and the service was excellent.

Bad experience sale assistant named LEAI usually love my experience in this coffee shop but none this time. The concept is A very warm welcome to Costa Dxb airport. Except today. This woman welcomes you as if you had to enter to the jail. NO SMILE. FREEZING.

I had my afternoon tea here while waiting for my flight. I loved their coffee frappe. It was way better than what I had in Starbucks (I couldnt taste the coffee in the mocha frappe). There are electrical outlets. It is a bit hidden under the couch though. So good place to relax, charge your gadgets and enjoy your drink & food.

This airport lacks good coffee options so went for this place. I had a salmon bagel. Very, very salty but quite palatable. Followed by a pain au chocolat, which was mostly air held together with whisps of pastry. The flat white was hot (good) a little bland but still ten times better than anything available at Starbucks.

Was catching a late night flight out of Dubai. Spent the night on several mugs of coffee and croissants. Good atmosphere. Gets crowded and Q is too long to wait for a 22 riyal coffee.

A very comfortable space if youre looking to do a bit of laptop work or reading during a layover. Spent a couple hours here. No electric outlets though.

Great cheesecake and coffee!! They even do airplane coffee art on the cappacino. I came here after being disappointed by the dessert spread at the Starbucks at this airport (Dubai).

Costa Coffee... Think its the same everywhere you go, expensive coffee in a cup and a smiley check out lady.I could recommend grabbing a Bailey from duty free and offering a decaf black, mix for perfect sleepy flight..

Coffee and pastries cant go wrong here. Only that the staff should be assertive about letting paying customers sit at the cafe. The customers ends up drinking on the floor.

Best hot chocolate amongst all coffee chains. Its a pity that they have shut shop in Mumbai.

Terrible service. Dishonest. Overcharged me for my latté by charging my extra for premium coffee beans then denied it. When I mentioned Id complain to economic dept they panicked and refunded me. Tweeted complaint and emailed customer service. No response. They dont care about customers. If you do go there check your bill as they are cheats

Black coffee is ok.But you will be pleasantly surprised when you choose Lahuas coffee!Instant Vegetable and Fruit Cup1. It is a good choice during the tour! Vitamins and cellulose can be added immediately, and the anger can be reduced!2. Selection of raw materials and attention: The cucumber should be careful not to appear water-immersed during the tasting period. The dates are a good choice.Drinking more water is very important!

It was used while waiting for a transfer on the way to Italy. My brother from Nepal kindly talked to me.Coffee was usually delicious. It was a little overflowing when I received it, but I decided to think positively that I might have put in a lot.
