Coffee was not up to the mark and the toilets were out of order, so could not use. Staff not very attentive..

Cozy place with less seating arrangement which might not be enough on busy days. But otherwise, great place to hang out with friends.Coffee is nothing great, its a little over priced.The staff : The first time I went, the lady at the counter was extremely curt and unhelpful. She was really rude and I ended up getting a really bad Mocha. It had a layer of grease on top and tasted like a cup of kerosene.The second time however, it was a different lady who was the exact opposite. She was really sweet, chatty and eager to help and I ended up getting a decent cup of coffee.The service was fast since there wasnt anyone else.

The staff are rude and not customer centric. Five months ago I went over for a coffee around 9.30pm and outside it displayed 24x7. When I went inside the person inside said we are closing come back tomorrow 6.30 when we open. I think it’s my choice to drink coffee when I want and not when this start bucks store opens. His reply response should have been sorry we are closing now and that’s it. Today morning I went to this store and cashier lady made a mistake on the order. When I pointed it out both she and manager treated the whole incident without even an apology. It’s only the staff of this particular Starbucks I find unfriendly towards customers. Have quite positive experiences with other Starbucks in malls.

We decide to visit your place to buy a frappe just maybe 20minutes ago, we came to your shop because we love the frappe, but it was so disappointing that one of your staff name Allan was so rude in assisting us, I order a mochachichip frappe and matcha coffee also, he said thats its possible that matcha can be cold, then suddenly when we are taking our order he gave us hot matcha. It was so nice that he offer if we want to change we can change but while he is offering like that hes approaching in a rude way, he change and make new one but while making it he is throwing everything in the dishes. Then he gave us the matcha frappe that was so messy. It was bad service

A very quite place and no crowd inside. Barrista knows his job well. What I found surprizing is that some cafes including this one are closing their windows black during the ramadan. Very ethical of them. Had frapuccino here and was not disappointed. Has second floor seatong here. Quite boring because ghno music was playing when i visited it today.

Cozy, fast service, friendly staff. Same good taste of the same drinks tgat I used to have. Clean and well served. It has a restroom upstairs. And its open 24 hours. Public parking is available around it. And the area is well served with some restaurants and famous fast food ones as well.

Nice , but small and no enough dinning place

The barista lady was so generous and nice!!! shwsd filipina, and was such a nice person. i ordered cold brew coffee.. and later when i was halfway on my coffee, i asked for a little bit of ice ... she proposed me if i would like some milk in it. sonce she insisted, i said yes. she poured the milk into my half-empied cup and filled it to the top.such an angel she was. thank for all!!!
