Great coffee at the perfect location.. Cafe Nero is the place to grab a coffee real quick on your way to the world trade centre. Its my usual place to grab coffee whenever I am at WTC. Also I love the fact that Entertainer has offer here so you can get beverages/ main course on buy 1 Get 1 offer.My rating:Food: 9/10Service: 9/10. Prompt & helpful.Ambience: 9/10. Their Egg Cheese Sandwich, Cafe Mocha and Muffins are best for Breakfast and almost all cafes across the Dubai are Good and fit for relaxing.

Definitely a busy venue when exhibitions are going on and last week with Gulfood was no exception! Still the staff were fast and efficient and with plenty of seating in and outside they’ve got a good selection of decent coffee ☕️ sandwiches wraps cookies 🍪 salad 🥗 and more. Service with a smile 😊 at Cafe Nero!

This place is always disappointing due to their staff, they get the order wrong, they have an attitude problem and they seem to be very arrogant.Such a shame as I am a great fan of Nero.

Nice coffee shop at the biggest and most busiest Exhibition and Convention centre in Middle East. The place gets crowded during large events at the centre.

Terrible experience.The café is actually quite pleasant and the cake we ordered to go with our coffee was tasty. But the pleasantness ended there. I have no idea how they can say that the coffee is Italian. It was very ordinary and certainly not strong and tasty like the Italians like it.But worst of all was they short changed me. I handed over a note of what I thought it was going to cost, but the total was more. So I had to get a larger bill from my wallet and both bills went into the till. I told them to give me back the original bill and she refused. To cut a long story short, they reconciled the till and found in their favour. I had only just arrived in dubai, drew our 500 at the airport, paid for a taxi and metro ticket, and this was my 3rd purchase. I know what bills I had left in my wallet. I wasnt going to win so had to walk away feeling ripped off.Never again will I visit cafe nero.

Really love the customer service! The staff greet you and smile at you as you walk in and offer good advice.

I even traveled to my favorite cafe, which I knew from London. But unfortunately I did not find it worth the trouble. The service was mediocre at the bakery and I took an island cake and I doubt it was fresh as it had some soft parts.I spent more than an hour in the coffee shop and their attempts annoyed me every time I cleaned my table as they said, ask or get out and leave the place, knowing that there are no customers and no traffic.The time of the visit was at the end of December of 2018
