A great place to have breakfast brunch or dinner with Persian or Indian cuisine. Food is good especially their hummus of different variety. We tried the hummus meat, zaatar manakeesh and hareer.

Visit to Sikka Cafe is very first and it’s memorable and full of delicious food and relaxing atmosphere.Very first is the overall ambiance and the interior of the cafe, tastefully done, warm and friendly. Not too rustic but with more homely vibe. Loved the sitting arrangements with all those ceiling lamps, wooden furniture and open spaces.You can spend many hours with your family and friends relishing delicious food they offer.We ordered fattosh salad and falafel to start with and both were delicious and tasty. Falafel plate with just four pcs is a bit let down as they taste so good you would like to have more and four pieces is not at all enough. At the price of 22 AED a plate at least they could serve 6 pcs if not 8 or 10. As I never came across a place who serves 4pcs in a falafel platter.Fattoush salad was perfectly made with fresh ingredients and tangy taste.Then came onion pakora which was crispy fried and very tasty with right amount of spaces and flavours at the price of 22 large 5pcs was okay for me.Cheese and Zaatar Manakesh was delicious too, though I had requested for mixed they served half cheese and half side Zaatar. Bust still it was tasty and delicious.All in all it was a great evening with wonderful food and great ambiance and warm service from the staff.

Loved the interior decor and cozy seating areas. The hummus beiruti looked so delicious 😋 and bread came hot and fresh to the table. The Persian mix grill was okay but a bit dry and lost its appeal after a few bites. The machboos lamb was well made and tender but I wasnt in favour of the rice. Approx. AED 75/person. Try to use repeat app for discounts.

Love this place, im always happy regardless of how busy it can get. The atmosphere, the music, the man playing the oud, the menu and food options are always fulfilling. The sikka salad and pastries are delicious 🤤 staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great prices and place! They do need to add a few more staff to the team as it gets crazy busy for them.

Cozy and casual ambiance with beautiful local decor touches. Outdoor seating which is good during winter season. Service is good. Menu is focused on local Emirati cuisine. Unfortunately execution is average and needs to be significantly improved.

Normal food , harees was not good. Staff were friendly. An expensive meals, karak tea is so expensive breakfast was very normal.

Le us start with the atmosphere, it is so homey and comfortable to be in for hours and the staff is a delight to speak with thank you for being amazing🖤Now to the F&B portion of the review:First, I always visit #SikkaDubai to have my #TurkishCoffee hands down my fav in the country no one can beat them in that.Second, i love the arabic bread that they serve so fresh and right out of the oven. You know the bread is going to be heavenly when you can smell it you what i mean? It has that “i am ready to gain weight for you baby” scent!Third, I’ve tried their Kabab it is delicious but a little too heavy. But still delicious!Forth, they have one of the best tasting Karak chai with saffron! You taste that saffron and tea such a good balance.Finally, you haaave to try the luqaimat they are sweet and crispy and u cant get enough of them!!Hats off to the whole staff🎉Well done guys!Lots of love.. and happy eating!!

Now it is Sikka cafe. Ambiance is amazing. Food is very disappointing. Not cooked onions in eggs and tomatoes dish. Jibab is more of pancake and it has a bitter after taste from using inappropriate amount of seasoning.

Amazing breakfast Hidden gem on this side of Dubai

Went today for the 1st time the food was good. The lemon and mint was a bit too sweet for my taste but it was still delicious. Will be back.

We waited about 10 minutes at the reception for someone to let us in, the waiter then came and said we are full although some tables were empty. Eventually the manager let us in. the food took so long to come and it was below average as the mixed grill was dry and the portion was very small compared to the price (75 AED). The seating view was nice though and they have entertainer offers.

Decoration and layout are nice, lots of light gives an open feel.My lamb machbous was mostly bones and fat, the little meat I found was nice and tender though, but had I wanted a plate of rice that’s what I would’ve ordered.Staff where polite and nice however they had insufficient staff working and 4 for the whole restaurant was just not enough.And lastly 330ml of local water (not even the normal 500ml bottle) was 16 aed! Do they think we don’t know how much a bottle of that size costs on the real world?Is over 2000% profit on water necessary? I find it to be a rip off, and from what I heard , many others feel the same way...

The worst experience ever, once we came in as 2 people they refused in a way not to accept us and claimed there is waiting list with no one waiting and 3 tables empty, like reallyThe manager came and he was upset we told him if u Dont accept 2 persons just inform us at the door where there was no one to guide guests inside,The rude manager and non professional after we ordered, i asked for 1 manakish zaatar where they clearly wrote with vegetables they brought it with 4 green leaves, after I asked the waiter that I read vegetables so he took it and add another 4 green leaves and 1 small cherry tomatoe, like seriouslyI asked the very rude manager which he showed hate and non respect, I asked where is the vegetables written he said I put for u 1 cherry tomatoe which made me cancel the order and he happily took the tray with no apologies or asking to change to another optionWe seriously never been offended like this and I eagerly ask the management to train this guy on how to be a restaurant manager, from the moment of welcoming the guest until they leave, definitely will not come back here and unfortunately this is a reputation which I dont believe an owner will accept 6

Karrak is good

So far this is the only dine in restaurant over here. the rest of the restaurants are driver through.Sikka is nicely located over a boatful manmade lake. A beautiful atmosphere both indoor and outdoor seating.However, the cuisine is mix fusion mix between Local, Indian and Lebanese kitchens. Food is fresh and great portions for sharing.The staff were mixed between very helpful and friendly and some are annoying.

This is the third time I go to sikka honestly the food is very average and overpriced. This time though staff were very rude and one Egyptian staff was not understanding at all which led me and my family to leave the restaurant. I would never go to the restaurant again in my life, this is the worst treatment I’ve had in a restaurant my entire life.

A lovely setting and friendly staff, although a bit inexperienced obviously. Reasonable prices and three different views. I definitely love the burqua lady graffiti at the entrance of the restaurant. Breakfast menu is available until 11:00 a.m. only. Loved the novelty salads there. I had a healthy avocado salad without the qual eggs. Seemed so wrong 🤣but tasty 😋. Definitely recommend if you don’t mind a 30+ minutes drive to alkhawaneej

The cafe is located in a vibrant atmosphere, at the Last Exit in Khawaneej. The ambience is great for a leisurely outing with family or friends. We particularly enjoyed the Beef Burger and the Milk Cake. Service is good and the staff are friendly.
