Kaffa beans is a perfect cafe with beautiful ambience and delicious food!The milk cake is one of the best and you must try fish and chips as well.Classic slider has it’s own taste and is best amongst itself.If you are going for breakfast, try the Granola crunch as well.

Located inside the Dubai Academic City, it is the place to go for students and staff for a quick bite and a cup of coffee, specially there v60 Brazilian beans. You will also have the option of american coffee, espresso, latte and moch. There menu includes a variety of breakfasts choices. Incredible service and friendly staff !

I went there at the opening time of the cafe and it was already full of people. I was not happy with 2 major things, the taste of the coffee and the staff.First of all, I had to stand there waiting for almost 10 minutes to be attended. The staff was there and she saw us but chose to ignore and did some replacing the menu. And she finally takes our order it went like we are here disturbing her time, judging from her behaviour and voice. Usually, the Filipino women staff will be polite but this one is full of attitude in the morning.Next, the taste of Americano was diluted with water so the coffee taste was weak. Paid 20+aed up for something that is not worth the price.It would be ok if the taste of the coffee was not on point but the attitude of the staff needs to be fixed immediately. She might have had a bad day or night but it is not acceptable to let the customer wait and give an attitude.The manager should read this or if you dont care its fine because day by day people will see and not going back there anymore. No surprise why you have to lower your price to 50% off because the business gotta go on. It will get nice support when you have a nice staff and good coffee.

Beautiful place. Love the food, seats, tables, ambience and everything. The staff are not only friendly but funny and make you want to stay there forever.Thank you for the lovely food and best coffee.

After workout went to kaffa beans for breakfast.....after reading some of thier negative reviews in zomato, was regretting my choice....but a foodie like me tries and then makes own decision and not from others reviews....so I ordered pancake, scrambled eggs with bacon....pancakes were fluffy and tasty with butter and maple syrup....loved scrambled eggs with cheese and thier bacon was also crispy and perfectly cooked....and best was thier ambience and coziness of the place.Things they could make it better- bacon was a bit dry and price was a bit on higher side.

Instagram: @makram.radwan, The first thing you would expect when you wana grab a morning coffee is to see a smiling energetic staff that would be exited to serve you, specially when it comes to Specialty coffee. Unfortunately the 2 baristas were completely off, barely responding, and when I asked him about the available beans he was murmuring behind the mask that I couldn’t hear a word, I asked him to raise his voice and recommend me some nice coffee but no response. Anyways I ordered a V60 and headed outside and sat on the table. Few minutes later the barista brings me the coffee in a paper cup with the Bill and card machine in his hand. I asked him you usually serve the V60 in a paper cup? he said no but I thought you wanted a take away. Poor performance which affected my views of the coffee shop, and even the coffee taste COULDVE been better if the V60 technique was well applied.

A lovely cozy cafe hidden away in a corner of Silicon Oasis. Visited one morning for breakfast and had the Blueberry Pancakes and Eggs Benedict. The pancakes blew me away, for this was one of the best Id ever had. Incredibly soft yet not floury with hints of blueberry in every bite, accompanied with the blueberry compote and cream cheese, its a delight with every bite. The eggs benedict topped with hollandaise sauce were very good and enjoyable as well.

We were super excited to try this place because of our love for coffee and because they have speciality coffee. We tried out the beans from Guatemala and loved it. In addition to this we ordered hot chocolate(4/5), green Omelette(4/5), salmon avocado and egg (5/5) and the pancake stack(5/5) for breakfast. In terms of ambience the sign board is a little deceiving as we didnt expect much when we saw it but once inside the interiors were very nice and they had very comfortable seating. In terms of service the staff were nice and explained some of the speciality coffee options well. All in all I cant wait to return.

I really like this place. Its a nice neighborhood coffee shop. I also enjoy the breakfast and the iced matcha latte. I dont even leave in Silicon but i dont mind driving there for the breakfast.

Love the interior. Coffee is good, plenty of options to choose from. Food is good, menu keeps changing. They offer feedback cards, so if you have an idea go for it. I suggested sweet potato fries and they added it to the menu. Also suggested to have an option to choose between mash and fries, and that is introduced too! Overall great experience.

Kafa beans is a speciality Cofee shop in Silicon Oasis . Good and quite place . Had a four hour meeting at the place . The cofee was goo. Had some Almond croissant . Was good . The bathroom is not with in the premsis but behind it . Have to take keys and go. But the staff was very helpful . Would recommend the place for your silent work or for a meeting place

First time going here and was pretty happy overall, nice outdoor seating area and staff are friendly. Ordered the Raspberry iced tea 😍 would order again however on the food side, ordered sweet potato fries and the bowl was half full - had to send back.Other than that was good service and would return

I have been coming here for years and loved it before but the quality got so much worse. You order stuff to go and when you bring it home you realize it’s not what you ordered, it’s not heated properly etc. I love the coffee, one of the best coffees in the city, but the service is so slow and complacent

This is a perfect place for people who love coffee, because these guys really take the coffee game to another level. My experience with this place was super nice and unique in a way. I was lucky to meet an owner Andy, who was very welcoming and shared the story behind Kaffa beans.I was also pleasantly surprised with their food variety! I’ve tried pancakes (the best in Dubai my opinion), shrimp tacos and Milk cake was amazing as well!The atmosphere was great, relaxed. Perfect place to have lunch with a friend or work with your laptop all day ❤️

My friend and I tried Kaffa Beans by chance a few nights ago and the experience was definitely pleasant.The outside is not appealing at all but once you go inside its very cosy and feels very city like, the couches are so comfortable and they have a variety of seating options depending on your moodThe food is GREAT! We have tried multiple dishes and even recommended it this morning for a friends birthday, the sliders are my favourite with sweet potato fries. Breakfast IS SERVED ALL DAY LONG and it doesnt dissapoint!The staff are so friendly and I can say a special thank you to Peter and Sydney who gave us the first experience at Kaffa Beans and changed our thoughts about it. Hasmen served us this morning and was so nice and even welcomed us back!The coffee smells so good, I only wish they had soy milk so I could enjoy it. They do offer almond milk* but Im not a fanIf you need a spot to read a book or catch up with a friend I highly recommend this place

The best thing about Kaffa is Peter who is the heart and soul of the place and liked by everyone. He makes all the difference. The fresh orange juice is the best. The non dairy lattes could be better in my opinion.

I didn’t expect anything coming for the first time to the Kaffa Beans restaurant - (Yes I call it restaurant) - Because it’s truly an amazing restaurant and not just a coffee place. I loved everything there!! First of all the staff, so welcoming, smiling, pro active... the owner is super nice. Came to say hi and had a chat with us. The coffee... they make their own, so delicious... the coffee beans are coming from Ethiopia. And finally the food... so many choices and so tasty. Food is at the level of their coffee. 100%. Thanks again for this beautiful lunch and I will come back for sure.

Food is excellent. I really love the smashed potatoes and chicken there but only thing that some staff have to improve of how to approach customer in time and manner. staff takes much time to come out and take the order even it was not a busy day. Specially not providing a glass to have soft drinks. Please improve.

The quality of the food was poor. Fries were sinking in oil, and the slider was more of a lettuce burger rather than prawn slider. To top it up, the ketchup was expired and put in large quantities and one salad was missing out of two. I don’t recommend it as the quality needs lots of attention.

Staff were so unwelcoming. I smiled a couple time to start a friendly conversation. Told them not to cover my drink, got it covered 🙃. Tasteless coffee, just milk. Definitely not worth the drive nor tge money. Oh and I left my drink on the counter.

Very nice coffee and tasty dessert. They have couple of menus of nice food, and do the delivery as well. The outside seats are very good to chill. Staffs are kind and location is in quite calm and belongs to residence area so its quite quiet so good to sit and talk l.

This is a little gem of a coffee shop - not least for the coffee - which is great but also for the food. A small menu but fantastic selection and quality. The staff are incredible and friendly. The pace is relaxed and easy and it is a great little place to relax and slow down

Came by for breakfast today. It’s a holiday today so more people moving around outside than usual. Really surprised to find only one girl on duty trying in the coffee shop to serve all the customers on her own..really unfair and short sighted on behalf of the management!!Apparently nobody else will come on duty to help her till 12 noon! Soooo bad

Cool hang out spot with more than decent finger food style food menu and above all an all day breakfast menu (which I will definitely try). Coffee was great especially the spanish latte, it has that burnt flavour if one is into that. Service and speed is pretty good too. A good place to go when you arent too hungry or cant decide sbwe to go to eat. Parking is bit of issue in the evenings though.

Gourmet coffee one of the best in dubai.Food especially breakfast is almost as good.Our fav place in dso.However the service can be delayed at times and sometimes not that welcoming but it has nothing to do with the staff rather its just a result of how busy they are and perhaps without much support from additional hands on 5he ground.Nonetheless this place is a gem in Dso.

I tried some of the food the mozzarella panini with sweet potato fries and its pretty pretty good. If you are looking for a place to work or study this place is usually quite although there is some construction since its in silicon. PEOPLE WITH SPORTS/SUPER/LOW CARS BEWARE there is a massive speed bump on the way here and if your car is to low it will scrape Im not sure if there is another way in. Saloons and SUVs should be fine

Nice and cozy coffee shop with roastery. Very good coffee especially because the beans are freshly roasted and ground. They have Indonesian, Mexican and Sumatra beans which is unusual because most roasters get beans from only one part of the world. They sell beans with all details printed and stamped on the bag. One of my favourite places to buy coffee beans.

Reduced my 5/5 to 4/5 as the prices displayed do not correctly highlight VAT is not included. They surprise you at the end and find it funny.-----------------COSY! Its a great place to enjoy excellent coffee. They select and roast their own coffee. The breakfast was also very delicious too. The music is a usually loud so its not an optimal environment to read, but great to chill and spend some time with friends.

This has been a favorite spot for me while working in UAE. The food is outstanding especially the in-house made granola. And the coffee is smooth and flavorful. The staff has always been polite and helpful. Definitely recommended to check out while in Dubai.

This place has a nice ambiance to it and is very quiet. I would come here to study or get a nice meal of coffee. I highly recommend the pulled beef sliders and the toffee coffee (especially if you arent going to be calorie counting)

I do not recommend this food at all.Horrible, got order with meat even that I have requested for salmon and I am vegetarian.When I called, the “manager” lol, have offered me to bring me the salmon (got it after one hour)The food obviously got cold already.

A new place I discovered a couple of months ago. It seems to have been there for about 2 years. Great coffee- all the various type of contraptions you can think of they have it. Coffee is excellent too. The Milk cake is to die for. And best is the service.

Great decor, and very good coffee. Limited menu, but quality food. One of my favourite coffee shops in Dubai.

This place was one of my favourite, but not anymore. I ordered caffe latte. I found hair on the milk form when I took 2nd sip of it. I called a staff and said I found hair. She just grabbed my cup and disappeared without any word. She even looked upset. Other staff delivered new coffee to me without any word again. Nobody apologised and felt bad about it. Its hygienic matter and I dont want to eat in the place where nobody care about it.

Good or used to be as they changed the Barista and since then the coffee is not tasty enough but the food is nice

Their Coffee is pretty good and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, their food is overpriced in my opinion. I ordered Tacos (52 dhs) and it was not really worth that much and was frankly disappointed with the quality and how it was put together. In my opinion, 35 dhs would be more accurate of a price. A coffee and a taco will run you about 80+ dhs which is ridiculous for a coffee and a quick bite.
