Smooth purchase. I went in, asking for cufflinks, the salesman walked me towards what I needed. I picked it up, paid, left the store. The entire process took less than 15 minutes overall

Great staff, butPoor products. I bought a pair of shoes for 1000 and i cant wear it after a week because the bottom layer of the right shoe moved. This rendered the shoe un wearable. They tried fixing it but it still is unwearable. They refused to replace it. If u want to burn ur money, feel free to go there. Faulty products0 star for poor quality products.1 star for polite staff

Never was a fan of Hugo boss. But I walked in once last month and was pleasantly surprised.Not high end but great for everyday wear. Niyaz at the MOE branch is the guy to look for if you’re there.

Looks like they just want to sell stuff. After sales service or the fact that this is a branded store not a commodity is lost on them. My purchase from a different Boss store needed altering. Declined. Great products, but poor store management.

A massive amount of people working in shop and no real service or knowledge. Only one person to accept payment. Took 15 minutes to pay for our purchase. If it hadnt been a required gift, I would have walked out. Never coming back here.

I had a great experience here. My associate helped me get ready for an amazing night out, helped me try on several outfits, made sure they fit perfectly (and choose the right one!), and had my pants hemmed and suit pressed and steamed within an hour. I highly recommend Eunice - he really took great care of me and I will happily return when I am in Dubai.

Not happy at all with the service on 2 occasions now.Bought a belt but found damage on the buckle - took it back to Boss MOE and they said they had in stock and would replace.45 mins later: I was still waiting for a replacement piece. They said they would call once theyd found it2 months later: still no call back from Boss - I had to go there myself this morning, and they still havent got a way to exchange the piece!Same outcome - we will call once we find it

Very rude staff

Wanted 3 weeks to alter a suit after purchase. Took 4 weeks. Never called when it was ready. No phone number on alteration receipt. Wrong phone number on google. Correct one with M.O.E. (yay!). But they never answer it!

Good service

During this black Friday the lady showed me the area for trousers and suits on sale, I chose 2 pieces and she checked sizes. At payment they say sorry one piece not on sale maybe one customer put it therehowever it was presented in area for sale and wasnt single piece as many different sizes were present. This is cheating 😡😡

Big cheaters. No real discount. They just increase the price and then discount it. Selected a shoes yesterday, that was for AED 1,400 and came today to collect on sale and found that they increased the price to AED 1,800 and then discounted to AED 1,300. I am really Surprised that such big brand do such acts.

The phone number published on Google is not a working number and the phone number available on MOEs website is never answered so impossible to join this shop if you have a question! Poor service.
