The franchise company behind Reiss Dubai Mall is destroying the brand. Staff poorly educated and barely knowledgeable about the collection not to mention their lack of understanding of customer service and satisfaction. The collection is a fraction of what Reiss offers in the UK or USA and no sizes available and every season they buy the same items due to lack of a marketing expert who actually understands fashion that sells itself… I wish I could give 5 stars like the UK based stores where the shopping experience is more than pleasant. No wonder the store closed in Dubai mall which is not updated in Google.

Good service

I used to love shopping at Reiss in London. The customer service is shockingly poor. The sales associates will not make an effort to find you sizes, answer the phone, transfer sizes between stores, take care of your garments or tailor them properly. The store is stocked with old merchandise, callous sales people and zero customer service. Nothing but regret for every purchase I have made at Reiss in Dubai. One of the worst shopping experiences I have had globally in 20 years.

Nice limited clothes option but quite reasonable. Especially during sale time they nice offers. Good for casual, smart casual and formal. Nice shoes options too. Their design fits and suit skiny or slim guys. Silky shirts are one of best. Formal shirts are jus fine.All in all good clothing brand to consider.

I’ve been here several times and only once have I received decent service. The other times the staff barely greet you or put any effort in recognizing you. The one time that I did get good service I ended up buying a pair of trousers that needed tailoring so they sent it away. Got it back, tried it back home and realized that the tailor had made the length uneven with 1cm... Had to get it adjusted.

If i could give it 0 i would. they sold me a faulty shirt and i am having to go through DED to recover the money. Appauling service.

The ugliest experience of negligence and ignorance. they promise u that they will check for a piece and claim theres no more then u revisit and find them they have. Thet promopr they will chk for u an item and they never call u back. finally, you give ur stuff for alterations n they never call u that it arrived.the worst team ever serving these days. fm August 2018 till now
