Poor customer service and very slow action!!I went to mall of Emirates branch last Sunday March 28, 2021 and I purchased there for the promotion of worth 149aed 7pcs panty and when I arrived at home to check the items one piece is missing and I called them immediately to check the cctv camera and they said they will asked to the manager, the next day morning I called them again to follow up and again they said their waiting the area manager and I called them again in the afternoon and still no progress they said they sent and email to the area manager and IT to review the camera. So its been 3 days now theeres no yet response or progress for checking the cctv camera they are very slow not even call me to update.

La Senza- Mall of EmiratesPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN THERE.30 minutes in the line for payment but take note; NOT MUCH CUSTOMER IN THE COUNTER, I am the second one and only ONE COUNTER OPEN. When they see one WHITE WOMAN going to the counter they opened the next counter and entertained her immediately and punch her things even I am in the line before her. You will see they will not prioritize you and they look on the nationality..Take note my second time to buy there for this week; yesterday and today.. and I am planning not to return anymore there..REALLY BAD AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SHOULD TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS EQUALLY..EVERYBODY ARE PAYING AND WE DESERVE RESPECT AND EQUALITY..

I was in La senza 15minutes ago and I didnt expect their very poor customer service .

We came to La senza, 1st March 2020 to do some wedding shopping. We came all the way from Pakistan. The store manager, Romina, was less than inclined to assist. After buying so much when we asked for the VAT refund, she refused to directly speak, while we waited and stared at her waiting for a response she moved around doing nothing and after several minutes she informs us it can not be done. And says you can complain or whatever but nothing can be done.We were shopping for a wedding and what was supposed to be a fun experience just turned bitter because one person did not talk to us nicely. Whilst the rest of the staff was helpful- it took one person to ruin the experience.Had she only had the decency to speak to us in a nice manner the whole matter could have been pacified. As customers we can also be understanding and reasonable granted we aren’t talked down to.

Terrible customer service Ill never come back ever again. My mother and I were frequent customers. Visited the store with my mother today and attracted attention of a sale representative who was walking around doing nothing but had no interest to help us. She didnt ask us what we wanted or show us any similar styles. She just told us to check the drawer and walked off. My mother was kneeling on the floor checking the drawer for what she wanted and this representative didnt even have the decency to help and she only bought a shopping bag for us when I asked her. We walked out of store immediately.

What a poor idea to attract the customer. showing price on display was difffrent 5 pic of panteis when I asked to staff she said 59 for 5 when reached to counter to scan the item she is one saying it’s for 69 aed . Kindly teach and maintain a standard of la senza and don’t waste our time.

Awful experience, before it was a good shop in Mall of the Emirates branch, with good sales representative, but now very rude staff especially cashier, they changed staff. The clothes folded while packed not accurately with disrespect, dont have a good manner while speaking to customers, lying and trying to cheat on you. I had after my purchase very unpleasant feeling...

Very rude staff! They do not offer to help anyone! Iam not sure what exactly is their job if they cannot assist customers!

Nice staff who tries to explain about the product and suggests for mix and match. Got it for my wife and she absolutely loves them.

Staff need more training the manager was extremely rude and unapproachable.

Friendly cooperative staff. Keep it up.
