As I promised to people, who work in this shop in Dubai Mall , Im leaving my review here. I bought a dress there, for almost 400AED. I believe the quality for this price supposed to be good, however after I wore it two times, the dress got holes and scuffs. It looks like the material of dress had really bad quality. I even did not wash it, did not do anything extra. Just wore two times for the evening. When i saw that dress is getting holes all over , I went to the shop to return it and get my money back. But they said they cant refund the money. So they sell bad quality product and refuse to have any responsibility for this. As the best solution they gave me credit note , so I can only spend it their shop. At the same time I did not like anything else there, so they just force me to spend my money there for smth I dont really like. Yesterday I went to spend this credit, because Im leaving Dubai soon. Two things I liked were exceeding amount of my credit and they could not even provide any discount . So their clothes are the worst quality , they sell it and dont care. It is a first time for 3 years in Dubai that the dress I bought is getting holes after two times of using it. They didnt provide any compensation and even proper apologies
