Good place and welcoming staff, nice atmosphere, medium to high prices range, many choices of models and colors for both male and female.

Cool shop. What is really difficult diring New Year time in Dubai mall to find good assistant. I was lucky 🙂

My favourite clothes shop

Favourite quality menswear store I’ve found in UAE. Upper end of what I typically pay but some good sales around national public holidays with 50% off store wide on national day.

I used to shop here with my friends. The offers good quality products which stay long. Great shopping experience and friendly staffs.

My son bought an AED 300 shirt a few weeks ago from Banana Republic’s shop in Dubai Mall. It was taken from the display as they didn’t have that shirt of his size. When he was about to wear it, after a week, he noticed that It was slightly torn in the back. My son didn’t notice it at the shop. He went back to the shop, and explained it to the Manager on duty, Mr. Peter M. It was within the 30 days free exchange period indicated in the bill. The Manager was not ready to take it for an exchange. He went and saw the CCTV footage, but he was not willing to show us the video. As we were not ready to take that torn shirt, we left the shirt in the shop and came back. This is our bad experience with the reputed shop in Dubai Mall.

Nice clothes. But why should the customer pay 1 dhrieam for a bag to take out the items you just bought.

Sales crew are nice and helpful, but the prices are 30% more expensive than in the USA.

Very small selection of suits for men. Does not compare to the North American stores at all. BR stores are franchises according to the staff and therefore do not carry the same items.
