Weve been a regular customer of Chowking since then, but the time we went there (September 9 at12pm) we decided to order different food from other restaurant. We sit nearby on the Chowking when suddenly I saw them laughing and looking at us while we are having our lunch the manager or supervisor who started to make gossip with his colleague and he even call it inside the kitchen to come outside and stare with us and laughing. We feel very frustrated and disappointed on their actions for making fun of someone whos having a decent meal. REMEMBER GUYS! YOU ARE WORKING ON HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY YOU MUST BE VERY SENSITIVE ON HOW YOU ACT SPECIALLY ON THE CUSTOMERS OR ELSE NO ONE WILL COME BACK AGAIN TO DINE IN YOUR STORE BECAUSE OF YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEES.

Very gossip! Staff here not good. Sept 9, 12pm we went to foodcourt dragon mart and we buy some food that is not chowking food. All the staff was laughing and even the supervisor wearing white polo is one who start the gossip attitude! I thought all the staff here is good, no! Im very wrong! Dont come and order here, staff was not treating their customer well! Even kitchen staff is not good. 😡😡😡😡😡 This is how you train your staff? 😡😡😡😡 Im a Filipino also, but their attitude is not good at all!!!! I hope you take action on this. 😡😡

You order online- they say 90 mins- actually 90 mins they are only dispatching the food and the driver they use says I’ll get there in 30 mins. So that’s over 2 hours. The driver says too many deliveries and that’s it. So as a customer you have no choice because they come when it’s convenient for them. Don’t bother to order online if you’re willing to wait 2.5 hours for your food.

We ordered the pok choi in Chinese vegetable, veg nasi goreng rice and shezwaan chicken. The order took 15 mins as it was freshly prepared. Excellent taste and value for money. Loved it

Very embaressing and cheap quality..i ordered one nasigoreng and i found only 2 pieces of shrimps and 2 slices of suasages. Rice only cooked with soy source and not good for eat. No flavour at all. I needed to take a serious action on this as this restaurant is cheating with people. Its like food which cooked for dogs and not for people. Even at our home also we do not cook like this for our loved pets. Whoever see this comment, please take serious action on this restaurant since they do blunders with other people money and health. I will inform this to higher authorities with necessary evidences

Staff behavior is not good

Staff is good but very lazy.Very busy due to inside the food court and in the business hub

:( 2 tinny pieces of beef per noodle wonton ...And little noodles ..:( So mostly water that taste like water. Hmm, haven’t eaten this bad for some time

Visited chowking at dragon mart 1 and disappointed ...No respect for other religion.. ordered veggie and explained properly but after that also served food with chicken and shrimp food .. bad management and low quality standard ...hate this kind of Restaurent where no respect and no caring for customers..not even 1 star for their this kind of behaviour.. 😏
