Very unprofessional staff and service, i bought new set of tiers from them from 20,000km only for an uneven wear and now after 20,000km the same things has happened. I do my regular service at the agency, i changed my tires there and did the alignment as well and still im facing the same problem now. The after sales manger is very rude, doesn’t want to help and he doesn’t care for anything. They are very slick when they ask for money, service charges and contract, but when something goes wrong from their poor supervision and follow up they don’t take any responsibility.

Good service, and always check the yearly promotions.For 2 years I have done my Prado car service for 70% discount. Better than going to outsiders.but they are always trying to make you paying more by advising you to do additional service. But this is fare.You have to check your car before leaving

Good and fast service. Rachelle Angoluan diligently assisted and answers every technical questions thrown to her. Rachelle assisted me from the time I dropped the car, provides an update during and after repairs, called as soon as the car is done for repair, accompany me to the cashiers desk, up until I got the car back. The car is fully washed and vacuumed when I receive it. To my surprise even under the hood, engines and other parts were wiped clean. Overall, it is a very good experience.

The parts are cheap but the labor cost will rip off your wallet .they have a mandatory bench mark for the least labor cost of dh150 even though the part cost is 50dh and the time for just a minute or less job.i got the job fixed outside garage for a fee of 10dh that was being reasonable. Need to work on your cost based on the labor job required

Great place, Im servicing my Toyota Camry here for past 3 years. Their service is getting better each year and the waiting area is spacious. You have a small cafe bar if you fancy a snack, and a mini-shuttle bus that will drive you to Oasis Mall.I give 4 stars mainly because of the washing service, terrible and time-consuming. I would suggest to opt-out of that when you are doing maintenance service.

Horrible service. I bought a brand new car less than a month ago and the GPS stopped working. On top of that, there was no volume coming from the USB. I took it to the service center 2 times and once I got it back usb and GPS were still not working! They made me wait for 5 hours and told me they updated the software and that everything was running smoothly, but once I got it back, NOTHING was working. This is unacceptable and its not the first time I have such a horrible experience with Toyota! Before, I had a 2017 toyota, which had AGAIN a faulty GPS that was never fixed by the Toyota service center in Abu Dhabi. They replaced it 2 times, but it never worked. They dont have a clue on how to do their job. Do not buy a TOYOTA in the UAE. Their service center is extremely bad, both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Too expensive. AED 1,100 for the first 10,000 KM service on new car ? Not courteous enough to provide at least one free full service after lifting the lockdown period. New cars comes with 1000 km free service. But here nothing. Staff is like take it or go. Will take outside service from next time. Toyota cars are good enough to take care by any good mechanics without the need to visit al futtaim.

Very bad experience of toyota. They recall my vehicle for airbag changing. And after ist visit they refused that there is some codes showing in computer. After that when i clear that issue and go back again then they said there is wire issue thats why we cant change and its better u give us 300 for diagnosis charges and we wil tell you main issue otherwise you have to change whole wiring of vehicle.My 1st experience of toyota and it hurts.And i am not recommending anyone to buy toyota vehicles. They finds a way to charge from customer...

Fourth approach to them because of faulty spare tyre sensor. They making me believe that tyre pressure low indicator appearing each month- normal. And I have to control pressure by myself. Yes. But until I insist to change faulty sensor- they don’t even suggest this. Also no wifi for the customers. Time wasting. I would probably afraid to bring my car to this service after such approach.

Today, I had a flat tyre and wasnt able to drive my car. I contacted Toyota to ask them to collect my car to their service center.In the beginning, I spoke to two staff who explained the process to me, that the recovery request would be free as long as the service was going to be done at the Toyota service center with me picking up the car afterwards from their center.I had to call again to follow on the request, when a third staff named, D.G. answered my call. This time he told me that I was not eligible for the free recovery request because my car was no longer under warranty although it was still on a service contract with Toyota. When I asked him why the other staff didnt mention this to me earlier, he said its because hes the more experienced staff. He didnt listen to my concern, was rude, & refused to give me the contact information of a higher level staff for me to clarify why I was receiving conflicting information on an urgent matter.So, I had to go to the Toyota service center in person to speak to a supervisor there. The supervisor I met confirmed the recovery service was free regardless of my cars warranty because my car wasnt drivable, & I was going to collect my car later from the center. The supervisor was polite, knew his job, & provided me with the right information.This is not the first time I receive conflicting information about my car service in Toyota. While some staff are definitely great at their job, some others are unprofessional, incompetent, & dont want to listen.

Unreal situation when nobody can advise me on the price of a new set if tyres for my Land Cruiser. Service department says it is with spare parts. Spare parts says ot is with service. I was promised someone would revert to me. People were very nice however but not accountable. I recommend Toyota management to test servicing a car themselves, and understand why Patrol is an option for my next car.

The service personnel are good only until they are paid. Horrible experience with service manager Debbie and asst manager. After a routine service on collecting the car, they had damaged the bonnet. However, its 2 months and no positive reply inspite of promises by Service manager Debbie, who incidentally stopped answering messages and calls.

DO NOT GO THERE, BAD TECHNICIANS AND THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL.They will help you if you point to the problem other wise your car will not be fixed.My battery was dead after 2 months of a major service 40000 KM then I called them they didnt provide any help even my car is under full insurance from alfutaim till I drove the car to them. I called a battery service company (800 Battery) they came then followed me till I reached Toyota service center.Update, there is a whistling sound came from the car while accelerating in lower speed - yaris hatchback 1,3 CVT gear, the sound became louder and happens while the car even not moving while pressing the Gass, they said make a complaint and I am in this hassle for the last 11 months

Terrible customer service. The customer service agents do not answer their phones, minor car maintenance issues never get fixed properly. They always charge you four times the price it would take you to get the job done elsewhere in a reputable workshop. I say this after maintaining my Toyota Prado with them for nearly 300,000 kms. By now I have paid nearly the same amount in service and maintenance fees as the cost of the car.

Ridiculously slow service and lack of communication all around. When scheduling our appointment for a general oil change and check, we were told it would be an hour. On arrival to our appointment (10 minutes early), we were told it would take 1.5 hours due to earlier clients arriving late to their appointments, even though we were early. In actuality, the whole process took 4 hours, with zero communication along the way for the delay. We were later told the technicians had to go on lunch break so that’s why it took longer. The number of people and hoops to jump through just for a simple oil change led to a supremely inefficient process and lots of frustration. Had we known the appointment would take so long, we could have gone home or elsewhere to get things done, instead of wasting time waiting around in the area because we were told it would be only an hour to hour and a half. Extremely disappointing professionalism, communication, and service.

It’s really unfortune that there is no minuse score. Toyota service is highly expensive. Besides, the SZR serive centre is very slow and careless. After taking 3 hours for a minimal general service/ changing oil, and spending 1200 Dirhams, I noticed that they lost the cap of windscreen wash water cap. Why a service which cost around 500 Dirhams shall be priced at 1200. That’s absolutely abusing customers who trust the brand of toyota. My next car would not be a toyota for sure.

This is one of the worst service centres I have even experienced. I’ve owned a lot of cars from many different brands but the Toyota in Dubai is one of the worst for service. I don’t blame Toyota but rather the local operator. The dealership falls very short for many other service centres. It feels very second tier. I had to explain to the agent what kind of car I had when I brought in for service. The time before that I brought it for service a few months ago they lost my vehicle registration card. If you book an appointment for 930... don’t expect to be fully served by 10. There is always a queue and the process isn’t very streamlined. Another time I had my gloves stolen from the glove box and when I bought my car it was delivered with the low fuel light on. Imagine after spending almost 40k USD for a new car and the first thing you need to do is find the nearest petrol station. Overall straight up mediocre. I won’t buy another Toyota in this country because of the monopoly Al-Futtaim has. It’s one of the few dealerships where the employees lack passion for the brand in general. Hopefully they start to learn customer service practices from some of the better shops in town.

The worst showroom in the UAE.The sales persons doesn’t care about customers, the receptionist sent me to this guy who didn’t even bother to greet the customer, I sat down and he was checking something on his laptop, I asked about the car I’m interested in, he just pointed in a direction behind me and told me to go and check it by myself...I asked for official spec sheet and prices, he said it’ll be sent to my email address (>1 month later, still no email), he wrote the prices on a piece of used Post-it...I don’t know why people still buy cars from them, they don’t deserve a fils.

The service department is second to none in Dubai with the potential to be the best place to service vehicle, but the team seam to be sales pushy and just want to push you do do rubbish that does not need to be done just to make a sale. I was told I needed to skim my breakers and it would cost 1000 AED when all other garages were charging 600AED and they said my breaks were ok and not needing skimming for another 5000km.All sales personal are pleasant but seem to have management pushing them.

U can get New and pre owned Toyota vehicle . It is located on sheikh zayed road E11.For pre owned vehicle u can get less than 30000km or less otherwise just less than 3 years old. U can select and book the vehicle with just 2000AED (approx).If u dont wish its refundable.if u buy a pre owned vehicle all formalities u can done here. Registration and insurance and testing . For pre owned vehicle u can get unlimited kilometers warranty for engine and gear box.but service u have to pay.
