I’m not happy with the service so far… I dropped my car on Sunday 25.7.2021 and I have to call every other day to check what is the status. No one is even bothered to follow up, I’m really suffering since it’s very hard to go anywhere without a car and i was really shocked when I called them yesterday to ask when the car will be ready and they told me that it will take 10 days more. I don’t recommend anyone to deal with this company and now I’m really going to complain to the insurance company, garage all social media because this is totally unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I dropped my car in their workshop for front right door paint and when I went to pick up my car I found the door color is different I complained to my insurance company but they convinced the insurer that after 6 months the color will change and the door will match with the car color, anyway they are all a gang dont trust them.Also if they told you the car will be ready in a week make sure it will not finish before 2 weeks.

Very Very bad experience with their overall quality of bodywork repair, and poor body parts Alignment after repair.., damaging BSD System during bodywork repair..Had to drop the car for the second time to have BSD System fixed Hopefully ..and proper body parts fittingstill some issues not fixed . total16 days the car stayed in their garage and could not afford to keep it longerApparently they are very busy garage beyond their capacity to efficiently handle each and every car , which affects the quality of work done for some clients..

The garage as its looks good with nee tools and all , but unfortunately the Coustmmer services super bad specially if you not same their nationality well you paying from your own pocket money so I prefer to not deal with them if you not asian with my all respect .i have sent in emails to their back office before i write this feedback and after explaining my experience their replied ( talk to him better).

Used as a 3rd party garage via insurance and they are so much better than others Ive been to (had a dismal experience at one in Al Quoz) simply because the work is top notch. Special mention about Arun who was a thorough professional: no gimmicks, knows his cars well and best of all honest with timelines and updates. In fact Im writing this review because it was my second time that I had to use them this year (first for headlight replacements which arent cheap, and second for minor dent repairs on the bumper) and felt that this place truly is worth recommending.

I always do my car service at Pal Auto Garage, Deira for my Toyota corolla and as usual every time they give the best service to me. They are perfect with their repairs and they always do full check up, very transparent, always gives me full information and updates about my car repairs. I have tried other garage and they changed things that were not related to the issue and charged me. Pal auto checks the car then sends you the quotation by email for your approval. And you can select which part to fix. Their prices arent expensive either.

I had given my car there for repair through insurance the car was done fine but there was some substance over my car’s main glass due to which i am not able to see clearly because of the sun reflection so i called the guy who received my car and explained to him but he clearly refused to help and said its not our fault and we cant clean it. So i decided not to go there and waste my time. People should really have some courtesy.

Excellent work! As a special request, they gave me the car one day before the promised date. The front bumper and hood of the car was damaged, they repainted it, polished it and washed the car. Looks like new! Excellent work and very friendly staff and extremely professional. Mrudul provided excellent customer service and physically stayed with me until the car was delivered to me. Accident repair done with Insurance cover. Staff is friendly howeverm I am not happy the way they repair the damages as certain body paint damages they did after I requested. The rear door was little bit sagging and tight but they didnt look into it and pretended to say it is like this..

Honest garage when it comes to inspection; brought the car there since i thought arm bush assembly were to be replaced (another garage quoted it). Comes out this is not needed before far more km. Good surprise though. PAL is part of the Axa insurance network.

I had my car (Mazda 6 2015) repaired here as this is one of RSA Insurances trusted garage where they sent me.CUSTOMER SERVICE ⭐⭐⭐⭐The staff in the office are alert and assist you as soon as you step in. They are sometimes busy but with all the cars inside their workshop you would understand, they do try their best to help you out.ATMOSPHERE ⭐⭐⭐The place is a workshop, apart from the office/lobby area (which looks dated though), the whole place is a mess. They dont seem to have a good way of keeping things organized despite having all the guide marks on the floor and signage to guide their customers when you drive you car inside. BUT, Im not going to grill them on that as it is a car garage/workshop! This is just in comparison to a car brands own service garage/workshop.WORK QUALITY/SERVICE ⭐⭐⭐So here where the water gets muddy. I was assisted by their staff, Mr. Sharon. When I first arrived and inquired, he suggested that its better for me to drop my car next week as there will be a long holiday and my car would just be sitting in the garage, which makes sense and Im happy he suggested that. Since I have 2 claims, he still took my police report so he can process the other one as I had only one insurance claim sent to me.So after 7 days, I went back. Unfortunately he was too busy to help me so a colleague of him helped me sign in the car to them. Just before I left, I have met Mr.Sharon and discussed with him regarding the job that will be done and how long itll take. I got to be honest and told him that after a week, Im going for my vacation for 2 weeks, so my car dont needed to be rushed as long as they can give it to me back by the time I return. He said it should be no problem as the would be enough time for them.After the first week, I called him and he said the work hasnt started as they were just done with inspection and just ordered the parts.On the second week, while I was away, I sent a message and asked about my car. He said its in the painting stage.A few days after, I tried to get it touch with him but there was no replies. Day after day, none at all.So after the 3rd week, I arrived back in Dubai. I called their office just to know that their staff Mr.Sharon had left their team. And for some reason, my car was forgotten. I asked if itll be ready on that day byt they said I can claim it tomorrow evening.The next day, I came to get it in the late afternoon after getting a call from them. After 1 hour of waiting from their promised time, I got my car back. Going around and having a quick look from their work, everything seems to be fine. The car wash seems to be rushed, but I really dont mind it.After 2 weeks of driving the car, everything is good, nothing says cheap work. No items are missing from my car as well.Overall, work wise, its all good. I wasnt just happy with the delay but they were good to turn things around.

Dear reader ,A very honest genuine review.Just way too expensive for any mechanical work1. Simple radiator job cost more than AED 300 !!2. Parts if they get it for you = 50% margin3. Just for the test AED 100.Save the money and visit any other workshop.Maybe Dynatrade in Sharjah is better bet.

Had my car sent for repairs by Oman Insurance after a car accident. Damage was not major ( bumper, lights, rim... ) standard for regular rear collision damage. After two weeks of the car being in the garage there was nothing done, the explanation was that Oman insurance didnt approve the repair job, after checking the same with Insurance company the approval was done before, so garage was lying. After understanding that they are playing with our heads, I was visiting them every 3 days to check on the car ( since no one bothered to call me and give any updates) and hear all the time different stories, starting from parts ordered are not fitting or parts have been sent for painting ( in total the parts were sent for painting 3 times !!! ). Its been two months almost now and I still didnt get my car back, however had several promises that the car would be ready two weeks ago! If you want to save your patience,time and not to be treated like a fool - avoid at all costs!

Had to come back and change my review - for accident repair they offered a good service so I took my car back for the regular maintenance. Surprised to find out they didn’t check tyre pressure, all my tyres were at 21Psi when the car was returned to me. Now makes me wonder what else they missed to check. Not sure if I’m coming back .

I have visited the garage recently after impressed from other reviews but it is unfair price with notorious service.

A garage with the worst service yet... I had an experience quiet on the contrary to those other reviews in here. It took them 1.5 weeks to get a small dent and paint job done. I would have been still okay if the sales advisor Chandu would have called me up and given me a timely update of what was going on with my car. I had no update calls, no concern calls, nothing and no special treatment even after all this complaints to the assistant manager there. Hopeless is the word of them.

After my Honda CRV was rear ended and my right back bumper and light was smashed, RSA sent me to PAL Auto Garage. I went to the branch in Deira. Arun handled my paperwork and follow up for vehicle repairs at the garage. It came back not only in great condition, but also detailed better than the last paid service of detailing that I’d received. I was most impressed by their service.

Cheaters. Check prices elsewhere before going to pal. Very unprofessional. I had to wait for 2 hours for an oil change coz they didnt have the oil filter. I couldnt leave coz oil was replaced already and no one knew when it will be delivered.
