Good. Can be better . Wait time to meet advisor is more. Vehicl service time for simple first service takes 6 hrs , which is not reasonable, so far the best service that I got is if Cadillac .... So I hope Ford improves this...

Always try to add chargeable items. Had to wait 25 minutes for my vehicle when picking it up.

One of, if not the best service centers in the UAE. Ive lived here for a long time and owned a few cars, the efficiency, attention to detail and customer mindedness is top notch.

Service is great as you have a contract, once your service contract expired you need to check is the warranty covers your parts or not! During service contract they changed spare part for free, same part damaged again within one year so I have to pay for change it.

I am writing this review while I am waiting here at the Ford Service Center. I brought my AC Cobra in for a service 10 days ago as the car wasn’t running smoothly, but it was driving. The car has been in the Service Center for all these days. Yesterday they admitted they are not familiar with V8 carborated engines so they asked me to come pick up the car this morning. I arrived here at 7:30am - nearly 2 and a half hours ago. It turns out the car is not running at all now and I have to get it on a flatbed truck to one of the smaller garages here in Al Quoz. They have just handed me a bill of AED 1,050, for just cleaning out the petrol tank. They say this was with discount..... I took the car to the other place. They found the problem within 5 minutes and fixed everything within a few hours. I am furious and so disappointed. What a terrible experience this has been.

Usually ok but if you go without an appointment they dont give you the time of day so always take an appointment before you go. Your car will be here for at least 1 day so not the best turnaround time

Fantastic workshop

Bought a preowned car from Al Tayer below 10,000 KM and paid more than the market price thinking that their warranty will protect me, Unfortunately that over trust cost me 55000 Dhe in just 1 week when i discovered a major problem in the Gearbox and how funny that totally unacknowledged and unprofessional technicians trying to convince me that it is normal, the car is very hard shifting , delay in gear skipping gears rattling and all the bad things you could expect from a bad gear box and at the end they said we cant do anything just drive it for some time then it will be better , The car stayed with me for exactly 2 months and almost 40 days from it is in Al Tayer workshop with no improvement i spent more than 1000 dhe just for taxi going and coming to the workshop , i sold the car and lost approximate of 55000 ( fifty five thousands ) dhe even i didnt drive it for more than 600 KM ( that the distance from my home to Al Tayer workshop ) hopefully some one from Al Tayer quality will contact me and i am ready to tell the full story with names and my terrible experience on my first and last purchase from them .

Took my car for a small repair and to replace battery in one of the keys. The place is well organised. Was also offered to service the car as it was near due. All seemed quite efficient, however, the key battery wasnt replaced, and I only realised it when got home. I rang the Service and was promised that someone would contact me and of course Id have to come there again. Havent heard since.

Experience Excellent service today. My battery was flat and I just got in to the workshop without any booking. Everything been done within few hours even they were fully booked.

Very good but always disapoints me on small points. For example the car gets washed every time and is spotless but the windows are only wiped with a wet clove. Soon you drive out in the sun you have the streaks in your windown hard to see. I am driving a pickup but the pickup bed never gets cleaned only the outside. Otherwise the staff is great, helpful and efficient.

Extreamly disappointed with the level and speed of service. I had to take my car 3 times to have one simple seat issue fixed and get the service done. If they will check what is the issue with the seat, they cant do minor service (although its due) on the same day so bring it another day. as its to much work for one whole day (isnt this laziness?) Finally in the last visit 3rd time when they fixed the seat issue I asked to check camera also, they mentioned we need to replace it. Ok so why not done bring ur car and leave it for another day (although spare is there)😁 , so in order to change the camera it needs one full day seriously? Nope am leaving you guys and wont visit again .

Ford service was great and fantastic

What a special experience ! after trying Toyota and Nissan service centers for more than 10 years, Ford service center is much much better and really highly recommend. They welcome each customer as a VIP customer and give him all attention.Hope the quality of the this service stays as it is.

Ford in my opinion is the best cars made for the middle east and they have the best service ever in the UAE. However they cant fix my car problem till now which is shutting down suddenly in the middle of the road on speed less than 10km/h

Very good Customer service. Specially Ragesh Advisor, very straightforward person and he will tell you what need to be changed and not to be or optional. Not like other service centers were you are pushed to pay a lot of money for unwanted stuff(which i hate, sales pitch).Thanks to Ragesh.

Worst experience ever ! They called me for Free gear bush change, i took my car there, my car was there and i dont know what they have done with my car after it engine is producing sound! my car was ok at all before taking there. i was proud having Ford but after it i just lost my trust from Ford service Centre.!

Most of there so called service technical advisors are just awkward sales people trying to cheat you into paying for extra things :/
