I selected Bright spark to repair my accidented vehicle Mitsubishi outlander, I was so excited when giving my car ,but unbelievable they did a fantastic job, it looks real and nobody can understand that it was repaired. My car ends up in this garage through MySayara App I booked for a simple oil change but I did not get what are advertised in the App ( 360° car check, car wash etc.) They collected my car and they return it by a recovery truck due to damage done in the radiator so the car was not drivable, I can only thanks Bijoy for arranging the recovery the rest are very bad experience, lesson learned that never go for such deceiving information from online Apps such as MySayra

Bright Spark, Al Quoz is one of the most economical garage you can find in Dubai. Very professional staff and good value for money. I have been giving my car for servicing for last 3 years and there is no problem at all. Mr Bijoy their service manager was very helpful and efficient.Surely recommend to try their garage.

Pricey compared to even dealership, slow service took almost 3 hours for simple oil filter change.

I have been getting my car serviced in the AL Quoz branch of Bright spart auto regularly. All the staff here are very customer centric. They always make you feel important and respond to your needs almost immediately. There have been some ups and downs in the past related to delay in the availability of spare parts but I know for a fact that they did their best to get the job done asap. There are some people like Adil, karan and Akil that I would like to thank especially for their excellent customer service. There are only few workshops who really care about customers, others just think about making money out of them. Keep up the good work bright spark team !!

These guys are unbelievable , they used to be ok , good quality with low prices , now very poor service , it took them 2 days for quotation at the end they wanted to charge me more than the agency , now they are asking for 250 aed for inspection , that is usually free in each garage ! Please do not go there it is not the same bright spark as it used to be !!! If there is an option to give 0 stars i would give them 0 ! Ah yes , I forgot last time they even lost my keys 🤦‍♂️

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Brightspark. Funny fact is the original issue for which the vehicle was taken to garage remain unsorted. This is inspire of sending the vehicle 2 additional times after the first repair job. The guys kept returning the vehicle stating problem was sorted for me to find out otherwise. The sales person was very rude and unhelpful after the second time of them trying to fix the issue. Will never ever recommend bright spark to anyone ever. Absolute waste of time and Money.

Very disappointing with there service they are full of fake promises and take your car giving fake promise that they will deliver car in xyz days and then no one even call you back once you drop the car . We have to make numerous calls and then the call get bounced from one person to another.Base on their promise I dropped my car on 11th Jun Tuesday and was promised that I will get my car on Thursday or maximum by Saturday early morningand when i called on Thursday i was told that by Saturday afternoon they will give me the carand now when i called then i am getting answer from Edward that he does not remember when he told me he will give me my car back and till now they have not received the parts also. Bright Spark is an exceptional car repair garage. My used Mini Cooper has been having problems since I bought it in Jan 2017. I have brought this car to multiple garages who have been unable to resolve the problems. No one could figure out what was wrong with it. Akil at Bright Spark actually got to the bottom of the problem and replaced/repaired/fixed everything that needed doing!!!! AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COST WORST IN DUBAI!!!!Went to this garage for a simple rear brake pad change and they managed to make two dents on my wheel arch. They offered to fix it free of course and did the worst bubbly paint job on my real panel and managed to scratch the front bumper when they were moving my car around their garage. So then they had to re-spray my rear panel and front bumper all over again.Had my car for a total of 2 weeks and didnt offer a courtesy car or to cover my taxi cost for wasting my time.They will most likely comment below and apologies for my bad experience after I post this review, but how about you just stop apologizing and actually just do your job and stop damaging peoples cars.COMPLETE JOKE OF A GARAGE.....
