It is big issue if you didnt make appointment! They are not willing to accept your car in case you have problem. Only priority are people who have appointment! That mean if you have issue as ovehiting of enginee they will not assist you.If you take vehicle direct to this place without appointment you may get estimate report for your car in 3-5 days + days for repair. In case they check your car and you not continue with them because they will need another couple of they to repair the vehicle you will be charged AED 550. Customer priority in NOT number 1 due to there policy.Poor customer care.Workshop technicians are good people willing to help but because of customer adviser they stay without job and trust of the customer.

Really I am so happy with the service I receive from Alejandro Auto service especially when they are very accurate in their timings and service details. Really they are cheaper than any other brand and I will buy my second car from GMC as it is excellent car.I thank Sydney very special thanks as he took care of everything and I am so happy with the professional service I receive from him.

My friend has bought a brand new Chevrolet Captiva on March 17 and left the car for 1000km sevice on March 31. They could not solve the sound coming from the steering as they said they needed to change a part. no calls althought the part came in we had to find out by calling. When we called, they said it was too busy and could not give us apointment, and they would call when there is availability. for 2 weeks I called the representative 4-5 times with no success. Finally I had to call the sales person for service! we dropped the car with his help this morning and asked the rep to call us. AGAIN no cals until we called them. they call us today and say the part they received is broken and can not solve the problem!!! How do you get an unsolvable problem with a brand new car?This has been the worst and the most time consuming experience ever. I wish my friend never bought this Captiva and bear for all this hassle for a brand new car!

Absolute Professional and customer friendly personnels, I had a number of issues earlier with Al Ghandi’s other branches (Deira Service Point being worst) but this branch (SZR) is completely different and outstanding in their job. Ms Nancy (Branch Manager) is absolute gem of a person and have always supported me in any issues with my car. I would genuinely rate SZR branch higher among all service points for Al Ghandi. Highly Recommended.

Till now had no issues for car services Brought, but this time brought the car for service, and another issue was found in the car which require replacement of a part, the part is out of stock, no info on when the replacement part will be available, car is still under warranty and I have been waiting for 1 week with no result, no suggestion or any support as to getting replacement vehicle while waiting for my car to be fixed. Doesnt feel professional and customer oriented. Very disappointing.Uodate: After 1 week I have received replacement car and after 4 more days finally the part arrived and car was returned to me.

In a very simple words , you will have a feeling that you are dealing with your family, issues might come but the way the team and the management respond and act on an issue is amazing ..Al Ghandi is a very good example where the it is all about the Customer , for them it is not just a statement, it is an action , it is a Value.It is comforting to know that I have AlGhandi support .

Serviced my new car here. 20k km. The car was parked outside in 45c heat against my clear request to keep it in a covered area.Provided sunshade in car was not used as instructed.Car handed over with bird droppings on it.Their business model requires you to pay for service (over 1000aed) even under warranty.Very disappointing.Otherwise service manager was good as well as service itself. No complaints there.

Dissappointed! I took my Chevrolet for a diagnosis here for noise in my engine.Al Gandhi kept my car for 2 days for diagnosis after which they said they were not able to identify the problem, and would have to open the cylinder head. And that would cost me no lower than 3k AED just to check. I refused to do so, as I was pretty certain that the noise was not from inside the engine. I took my car back, and was charged for diagnostic (with zero results).Sound persisted, so I got an oil change outside, and that fixed my car. The noise was gone.Its ridiculous how Al gandhi insisted on opening the engine, when there was no need to do so. I took the car here expecting to get a professional service. But theyre no good. Service advisor was showing confidence that the problem was inside the engine, but that proved wrong.

Would have given 5 star if their service was quicker. But on the overall, no nonsence service and repair centre. Very pleased with them.

Al Ghandi auto is the main dealer for GM/Chevrolet vehicles. I have found it always easy to drop off my car without making an appointment. Also the service of the Car is prompt and usually returned on the same day if the car is dropped off early. The services are all listed on the board in the waiting area. Daily newspapers and a free Coffee vending machine is available The waiting area is functional but could use some interior designer to make it look more welcoming. The staff are helpful but could do with some training in dealing and killing with customers, so as to attain 5 stars rating. Another area is the price of parts is on the increase and matches some of the European performance cars services charges.

I was so upset that my certified pre-owned car was broked 3 days after I bought it from the showroom bit when I tool it to the service center I met Alfie who really changed my mind set with his professional approach and honesty and he really cared for me as a customer and I left so happy and I recommend Al ghandi to everyone I know because of Alfie as he understood my frustration and disappointment and changed it to happiness and joy with my new car and he managed to get it done so fast and exactly how I wanted it.

Apparently the customer support agent who booked the time failed to mention that its at the beginning of their lunch break! Been sitting for 3 hours now for just an AC routine cleanup.

Awful, completely disregarding. You transact with them and you get the sense that they make deals with the insurance to cut cost. They attempt to cheat you and lie to you on every corner. The 17 days my pick up stayed in their custody were the worse days in my experience. They must be chased they must be helped to get spare parts they lack inter agency cooperations. They mock their customers. Absolutely the worse ever. If it wasnt for the pandemic. I would never even approach them for a service.

It didnt feel welcoming when you enter, and prepare to wait a while to speak to any staff or purchase anything from spare parts 🤔.The staff at the spare parts seemed very busy despite I was the only customer at his desk. Also does not seem to have knowledge about the parts available for my Chevrolet, so I guess Ill stay with after market parts until then.

Visited spare parts counter.....not very busy but saw only one person available. Not rushed place....They ordered part in noon and received it on time as promised.....It was ac delco flush material....

The worst dealership for Cadillac in Dubai.My car been with them for over 7 days and they still dont have an update on when its going to be ready.Horrible experience right from buying the car at the showroom until today.Cadillac should reconsider who they partner up with. AVOID going in here
