Very first time i did outside the showroom service center, i found that AG CARS services are better than other service center, they are professional and the process of service is similar to any other authorised dealers service center.The work and process of service and inspection of vehicle will satisfy you & your needs.Workshop is open till midnight, but the back office has restricted office timing.Mr. Honna Gouda was so helpful to provide all the description and process of vehicle and it’s stages of services along the payment method for service contract. As per his commitments he delivered with satisfaction of customer.

I bring my car there for service checking, they are charging me for 10,000 aed on labour and 13,000aed for spare part? i only bought my car for cheaper price, when they returned my Car the AC is no longer working and when i call them no apology at all and claiming they did not touch my car. How the AC is not working very bad service

My Car had an accident (Toyota Corolla). Mr. Sunil of AG Cars handled my insurance approval very deligently. And though there was some fire that took place in the same vicinity and AG Cars Office/Garage Electricity were down, he got the work done on time as promised.Very polite and smiling always. Good to see such staff like him, soothing customers frustrations sometimes. Good Wishes for him always. I may also start servicing both my cars (Koleos and Toyota) thru him on upcoming due dates.

Representative was good and cooperative but the team doing the tyre job was misbehaving and doing argument even infront of their representative as well just because they have to swap the front and rear tyres of which they changed the position without my permission or letting me know (during wheel balancing) and then steering was heavy. once tyres were in their place steering become soft as before.for people going there, please confirm all the work details and get satisfied before leaving the garage bcs when u come back they might misbehave and rude with u.

Worst place with worst service.. I got their promotional free washes broucher and when i went for washing, they jus wash and they dont have a sense to dry body with wiping with dry clothes.. (Usually every service centres do this). And the moment car goes road it became dusty and dirty again and stains all over the body because the car is wet.Two days after i wash the car again in my usual spot again to get it cleaned.. Double job!😡
