The rental itself went fine. They delivered the car at my home, and got it back. Then the problem arised (and I should have checked the review). They said I could have my deposit back via transfer but I never received it. They made me wait for 1 month saying it should be fine after a certain date. When I reached again, they stalled and I never got my deposit back. I tried to fill a complaint to Dubai Consumer Portal but without a contract, they cant do anything. Avoid at all cost unless you are ready to lose your deposit.

They are very bad in service and they are not returning my money back it is been more than 50 days but still they are saying come after two weeks.Staff is being very rude

A VERY WORST EXPERIENCE OF RENTING A CAR WITH THEM AND THE MANAGEMENT ARE CHEATERS. AT FIRST I CALL THEM AND ASK IF THE DELIVERY AND PICK UP IS FREE AND THEY SAID YES BUT WHEN I RETURN THE CAR THEY CHARGE ME 50AED...A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALSO WITH THE CAR IS THAT THE FRONT BUFFER IS DAMAGE, EVEN THE TIRE IS WEAR AND I GUESS IS OLD. I JUST NOTICE IT ABOUT 2 WEEKS SINCE I RENT THE CAR THAT IS WOBBLING WHILE IM DRIVING WILL THEY CHANGE IT BUT I ALREADY WASTING MY TIME GOING TO THEIR SHOP JUST TO FIXED THE TIRE. Worst ever experience. The car i took from them was honda accord for a week. Firstly, the car was not clean at all with beige car interior side panels looking black with probable sweat or grease. Secondly, it was not comfortable at all due to an extremely stiff suspension at the back. I believe it had not been taken to any workshop for a visit anytime. Extremely uncomfortable. Had felt every slight bump on the road straight on my back.Thirdly, the customer service is a big lol. They take a security deposit which, supposedly, is to be kept and used only in case they come across any traffic fines. Understandible. Now that i have fine of around 700 aed, they want me to give the fine first by bank transfer and after that they ll send my security deposit back. What a joke! Why couldnt they just take it from there and let me adjust the difference.Lastly, and the most ironic reason, they want you to come and take the security deposit by hand from their office. And not by transfer. Means i have to go all the way from abu dhabi to their office by local transport to get my security money back. Doesnt this feel too unreal to be true?

Long story short. Avoid this place if you don´t want any headaches and appreciate professionalism . 6 weeks after returning the car they still have not returned my deposit, don´t respond to any correspondence. It was agreed upon when visiting the office and returning the car that the deposit would be paid back through transfer, and now they don´t reply. Time wasters and unprofessional.

They say now the new law is to charge the customer for pick up and drop off of the car in addition to the rent fees and late fees and extra mileage fees. If they can give discount on the pick up and drop off fees then common sense says there’s no new law to implement. The owner Abdul Rahman sounds like a nice guy but he’s nothing but nice. For him it’s only about money. He doesn’t care about customer service or customer happiness. He said to me once that now he has many good customers so he can’t give me a better rate, implying that he doesn’t care if I take the rent a car or not.Abdul Rahman rent a car company goes under many names;- Abdul Rahman Ahmad Transport LLC- Bahawal Pur Transport LLC- Future star rent a carThis office is located in a flat that looks dirty and as a customer it made me feel uncomfortable.When it comes to the deposit, it takes 14 days for them to refund it back to you. After 14 days no one from the company will call you to do a follow up. You will have chase them for many weeks. Once it took me 5 months to get my deposit back. When I arranged a drop off place for the deposit, they had charged 50 dirhams for that service. It’s day light robbery. Their fees are unjustified, and they use the “new rule” to implement high fees for there services. Their cars are dirty, unmaintained, with poor hygiene. Their drivers are dirty and unprofessional, smell like they came from the gym and talk bad English. There are many better rent a car companies in UAE that work for the satisfaction of the customer and not only for money.Abdul Rahman doesn’t know how to talk to his customers. He’s not understanding of people’s time.

They literally stole my deposit. 500aed. They refused to give it back to me in cash when I returned the car (which was in a terrible condition when they gave it to me) and told me I had to wait 15 days and they would deposit it in to my account. Its been 20 days and they are now ignoring my messages and havent responded at all. Completely criminal and Im already in touch with authorities regarding it.I wont stop until I get it back. Please avoid no matter what happens!

Extremely unprofessional and bad service. They have kept my AED 500 deposit for over a month, and are not responding to messages. I am a regular visitor to Dubai and will not be using them again, they have lost a customer due to this dishonesty. I finally got my deposit after calling them for over 1 month and messaging them every week. Do not use this car rental, the cars are also dirty and have allot of mileage on them.

Worst service ever..in a month they had to replace car thrice, the first cars ac didnt work n i suffered for 2 days until they replaced it with another car whose ac went down in just 1 week again..n then they gave me a third car whose battery went off in the middle of the road n none of the staff cared to send assistance..they came next day to pick it..I was supposed to get my advance deposit ten days after returning car its been 2 months now they do not respond n if they do they make excuses. I am filing a police complaint tomorrow against them.
