I rented a car at one of this companys locations, in the Sofitel the Palm Dubai hotel.The young lady working at the location was very nice, the car (Mini Cooper) was in good condition. I had no issues with the rental itself, returned the car on time and in the same condition as I received it. Everything seemed fine. I was initially happy with the experience.However, as per the rental terms at Bespoke, the rental company will return your deposit after 20 business days.In my case, *two months* came and went, and I have yet to get my deposit back. The representative at Bespoke periodically answers my messages, apologizing and saying that they will 100% send the refund soon, through Western Union.It looks as though Im being strung along and scammed out of my money. I sincerely hope that this is just some sort of misunderstanding.

Excellent service. Cars were absolutely insane and it was a very enjoyable yet professional experience. Nothing but nice, fast, service. Very reliable and would not go anywhere else when in Dubai. Top class people and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to hire a car out in Dubai.

We hired a G63 and it’s safe to say that we got it at a price no one in Dubai can beat. The car was in immaculate condition and the staff we dealt with were really helpful. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone flying into Dubai for your super cars at unbeaten rates, there is also a big fleet to choose from.

This company are staight Thiefs. They will keep your deposit. This company is run by gansgters. And they will keep your deposit. They dont even change there break pads. And will blame you for any damage they kept my deposit. Over priced as dubai is quiet. And not return your deposit. Avoid this fraudulent thieving company

I highly suggest using this company if you need a normal car or sports model.MAJ is the man to deal with the car which i asked was provided to me within few hours the guy who came to deliver the car to me came to the place where i was he was in constant contact with me , upon the delivery of the car he satisfied me perfectly well with the condition of the car the guy was very professional.I will be definitely using them again INSHALLAH and will be putting the word forward.

Maj personally sorted us out while we was in Dubai, had a total of 10/11 different cars for a few lads and the prices were best in all of Dubai, very competitive prices, cheaper than the rest and the cars were all very good specced and models.
