I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS RENTAL COMPANY. I am an American who stayed in Dubai for vacation. I googled luxury car rental and these people came up. From the get go, it was a shady process using whatsapp. The Bugatti which is advertised wasnt available so I settled for a Lamborghini. BIG MISTAKE. The car was delivered completely on empty. Approximately 45 minutes into the drive the car completely broke down in traffic. Gearbox malfunction. After reaching my hotel by taxi, I contacted these people and they promised a complete refund. He took the keys from me and said he would be back with a credit card machine to refund me. Total lie. The man never came back. I am still waiting for my refund. In addition, when I called to ask for my money. They claimed there was a scratch on the bumper, which is utterly false. I took pictures of the car before and after so I can say with the most certainty the car was in the same condition. So what did they do? They pocketed my deposit. And charged me for a full days rental. These people are criminals. Please do commit the same mistake I did.Sincerely, a person who got scammed.

The worst rental car rental service ever. Despite confirmed 4 times to Bilal by What’sUp and by E-mail and reconfirmed rental, arrival at Dubai Airport with nobody waiting for us with Range River rented 1 month ago.Answer we get by phone “they misunderstood the date and planned for tomorrow, take a taxi”. Going 50 kms to Bab Al Shams with baby and pregnant wife, I had to find other car rental at 3.00am after flight arrival.Not serious at all. Do not take any risk and avoid this poor rental agency

Was offered a price for g63 and when I wanted to confirm they increased the price by 500 dirhams. Reason they suddenly realised it’s formula1 weekend . Unprofessional. The person I spoke to was very polite and tried her best but whoever making decisions is obviously lost . What a disappointment.

I WhatsAppd these guys for a quote, they read the WhatsApp and ignored me so I messaged again and again read and ignored. I think of the customer service is this bad then they dont deserve my custom. Disappointing behaviour.
