Completed vehicle testing process in less than 15 minutes and excellent customer service.

Was very quick and organised. I even got shifted into the VIP queue and was done in 20 mintues.

Not much rush. Try talking to official and find a best spot other than just waiting in the queue. Fast and friendly service

The testing was quick, but the counters are badly managed. They DO NOT call numbers properly then there were a lot people jumping the queue. It should be better because the testing guys are very quick and efficient but the counters messed it up so the process took longer than needed. 40minutes for renewal in a not busy time is too much.

Usually good but off late increasing amount of delay and slipping standards. You are made to wait for half an hour , by the staff at the registration counter, if your there to do something early in the morning during their food break (9-10am) which quite reminds you of govt offices back home.In this day and age someone needs to be manning the counters all thru the working hours.

Yes... Its good to go as its in the outskirts of the city so not too much crowd mostly in the early mornings... And the testing service is also faster... I finished my cars testing within half n hour like... So its great... And for the registration process they told well have to do it online...

Very fast - just takes under 30min for your vehicle testing and passing. Once done, you need to register on RTA website to renew and get your new Registration Card. The staffs are very polite and well behaved. They have very high-tech systems.Process : Just go to the Testing Bay with your Registration Card. They will do the rest. Highly systematic and sanitized.Photos not allowed.

Very bad place I wasted a lot of time and the reason is that the car test system does not work and in the end I paid 430 dirhams to tell me that your car did not pass the technical examination. They have no experience or knowledge in classic cars and only the official knows how to shake his head.

The Center service level is touching bottom, except technical testing whole experience thereafter from collecting test certificate to reception for transfer token to counter for transfer was a nightmare. Before me a local lady was shouting at the reception and demanding feedback form but the girl at reception advised her to meet manager, after sometime I went back to the same receptionist and demanded same like that local lady to give details for sharing feedback. They don’t have number plate printing facility but still they were issuing token for transfer and keep customer waiting. Finally I had to go to Wasel Testing Center at Al Jaddaf. Over there to I finished whole transaction within 15 minutes including printing & fixing of plates. SO PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS CENTER LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE INSIDE DOING FAVOR TO YOU.

Really disappointed with service....I tried to cancel our company vechile in the same name....I submitted all documents with NOC ..but she said you have to bring your manager for the cancellation but I have cancelled two vehicles of my company in Tamam vechile service in Ras al khoor...here she says like this that really i dont understand....also usually manager will be busy in all the company..how they could come for this kind of work to tasjeel leaving all their important work..? I submitted NOC with my managers NOC but still she didnt accept it.. really very bad service....

Visited for the renewal of my registration and the test was done in less than 10 minutes.Very fast service.Place is clean and the staff was polite too.Free Wi-Fi also available.Total process took less than 30 minutes.Do not opt for VIP Service as they will charge extra AED 160 just to complete the registration process from the RTA Website - which anyone can do by visiting the Website.

Environment is peaceful.Staff is cooperative.Well went in the Early morning so there was not much rush.But as it is away from city most of the time, you dont need to wait long time for your turn.

Try to avoid by any means, ultra slow service, no one helps, simply move to any surrounding test centre, save ur money, time and most importantly ur health as ur pressure would surely shoot up!!

Insurance guys sitting there are so rude and give quotes without knowing the details of your car. So careless guys!Rest of other services were average as their token system was not working properly and they were assigning numbers manually.

Very friendly people. They where ready to serve after working hours that was the first time experience. Usually government entities will close counters ten minutes prior to working time as per my experience. But they proved my assumption to be wrong. I got my job done in 10 mins ...really full marks to their commitment...

Information desk staff trying to avoid customer, initially ask for Emirates ID copy to issue Token number and by time turn to get token said time is up we r close now.Ask her no where in RTA ask for foto copy of Id only original ID we must hold.Agent left the counter without help.

Worst place ever... they dont consider token numbers.. if you know arabic n can afford kandoora!! You are first in line.. makes money by failing your car for nonsense reasons and then take AED 70 for retest.. not recommend!

The inspection guys were trying to promote some other tests without mentioning it would incur additional costs. The staff at the Counters are as rude as they seem;the information desk has always been very helpful though.

Watch out for receptionist she is in a bad mood for whatever reason

Very ordinary service and staff isnt that friendly or courteous either. Would much rather recommend Motor city branch who atleast have the ability and professionalism to understand and solve your problem. The same simple problem that this branch staff said had no solution and we were told to go ask in RTA head office.

A little bir far but easy to complete your tasks. Strongly recommended.

Working hours not communicated properly. Try to call before you go there but try twice min as they seems busy sometimes... however, need to mention that people working there are very courteous and helpful ( the emiratis specially).
