Its was for ownership change, very fast and convenient.

In and out in 20 minutes. The flow of the process could be made more obvious. Security guard on duty in main waiting area deserves a mention for being on top of any covid19 related issues such as mask and ensuring distancing rules were being observed.

The RTA Vehicle Test service offered by Tasjeel is smooth and customer friendly. However it took almost an hour from entry to exit. The report itself is comprehensive and gives a sense of confidence having evaluated the vehicle from experts. If Tasjeel could include a prior booking service then previous time could be saved for discerning customers.

It was rush free very swift and easy smart process experienced today while I went to renew the registration on my Nissan Patrol along with the renewal vehicle inspection test done.

It was fast and efficient. They covered the steering and my seat with plastic bags to prevent contact during these covid times. Really appreciated that. And I didnt have to wait long

The whole process took 30 mins to complete, 6.40 mins for testing, and the remaining waiting. Suppose there is one more counter to pay 170 fees and leave the center; it will drop the average waiting time.

It was great experience here. Very quick and fast service. I entered at 08:00 PM and passing completed and went out at 08:40 PM after passing and payment for passing.

The Tasjeel RTA test centre on Sheikh Rayed road was unusually quick. The whole operation took 45 min from the time I got my number to printing out my new registration from the vending machine Previously it would take approx 2 - 3 hours. Well done
