Testing of vehicles and registration or transfer and registration very efficient. Ms Mazqouqi was very efficient and courteous. VIP service at an additional charve is available. Last but not the least if you have reached tasjeel and obtained vehicle insurance you can donit in the site which is very convenient for the visitors

Good and fast service but they are too much strict when it comes to the inspection as you need to make sure your car is running well and all safety measurements are met like triangle sign, fire extinguisher… etc to get the car passed.

Too much busy half of the counters are closed most of the time not a good place for those who wants to have things fast

I would five 5 stars for the technical inspection as it took 20 min. However I paid extra for the VIP service and that was well below my expectations: 4 staff chatting and checking their social media in the VIP office (while there were no customers), not bothering to greet me, let alone offer assistance. Not worth the money at all. Helpful staff at the teller to issue my new car registration card though.

Dubais second biggest center for vehicles transfer of ownership and related work. Dubizzle sale/purchase counter is also built inside this facility. The only problem faced is non availability of Asian food/cafeteria there. Although small market and coffee shop is there but prices are almost triple than the normal prices in the market. Macdonald is there but you need to have a karak cup of tea, which is not available nearby

Probably the best TASJEEL in Dubai. The efficiency is incomparable. Sold my car and came here to complete the transfer of ownership. All they needed were the registration card and Emirates ID and we were done and dusted in 10 minutes!

The worst SERVICE!Its not a Service...I went there with a simple request:1. To transfer my old car to a new buyer, and2. The preserve or purchase my own plate numberI had the car already tested and passed 2 days earlier.I had a comprehensive insurance purchased for the car under my name 2 days earlier and valid for another 13 months.I had the buyer with me.The new buyer had his new insurance policy purchased.The Lady who attended me request to surrender my old plate numbers and I did so. She said she can not let own the number then I had to preserve it only.She requested me to settle all due tickets which I did. I requested details and one seperate receipt for each. She gave me one lump sum instead. And issued me 3 receipts for 10 different payments.Then comes the worst service... We requested the transfer to take place then she said that cant be done because she just cancelled the car file and the car cant be transferred....It has to be re-registeredIt has to pass a new test and the one I just did was wastedShe made me pay extra unnecessary fees without my knowledge nor my approvalNeither the staff, nor her colleague or her manager in charge didnt rectify the problem or the harmThe buyer of the car ( a UAE Army officer) nor my self didnt hear a word of regret from the group of staff. No one tried to help.We requested refund of money and time. No one reacted.We still ask for it...IN CONCLUSION I REQUEST EVERYBODY TO AVOID USING THE SERVICES OF THIS OFFICE AND TO SEEK MORE PROFESSIONAL ONES. BETTER MANNERED. Quick organized service with helpful staff.This place can get crowded during weekends. Visited for vehicle inspection prior to registration renewal and it took about an hour or so but it should take only a few mins if there isnt a long queue on a weekday.

Very bad and unskilled employees of vehicle testing.. i bought a second hand car which is from A showroom called Alain class motors the person who tested the car told me its perfect and i asked him to check the vibration on the car he said engine mounting and the car is perfect, when i went to check the car, after buying it lots of issues came out , engine mounts was broken air filter was cut, the 2 front suspension is damaged, oil and water leak from the engine.. all this and he didn’t see it !! ... i complain to RTA and they said its a private company who is testing the cars we cant help you, fixing the car cost me AED 45000 because of this guy who may also got a bribe

For my imported car, I needed to do the car inspection, insure the car, issue the vehicle registration certificate, get new license plates and have them plugged on the car. I did that in one building and in less than 2.5 hours! Such a great service!There is a zoom outlet, an ATM, two insurance companies, a car sale outlet and a Salik Counter.Before visiting this branch, Id thought it would take me few days to do all of this.

So I went for the vehicle renewal testing at Tasjeel Al Barsha. I opted for non VIP services and it was quick and fast. There were as many as 8-10 active lanes in the center. You only need your vehicle registration card and the gentleman at the entrance provide you with a token. I also went for OBD scanning for additional AED 105. The report came in less than 20-30 minutes. You pay for the total charges, and provide the guy at the payment counter with your email ID and password to receive the test report results. In a matter of seconds you get the email from RTA. Overall it was quick and fast.

Waited 2 hours for export test report,waited 2 hours for registration. No enough staff and no proper arrangements. they must follow abudhabi way to send the report to customer mobile directly after inspection.why wait hours for getting reports.

This one is better than the one in Qusais, its far less crowded.

Great one stop center for the car registration, renewal of cars and vehicles. There is also insurance companies services. A counter for VIP services that expedites the service for a fee.

Place is good, and easy for access, and details are quite open to handle the stuff on their own. But the staff is not polite, quite rude and disrespectful.

Bitter experience there. I didnt find the staffs to be customer friendly at all and had to go again for getting the Onboard diagnostic test report despite asking for it after the passing.
