These cookies are perfect for sharing… or not. Not going to lie, I definitely devour at least two as soon as they are delivered.

Ladies staff in DSO are so kind and professional. I got the best cake on my birthday, it was awesome and amazing. I will 100% recommend this place.

Well i love occasions i love the cakes .But the staff there , what should i say the lady was having a bad day i guess she was extremely rude and was so irritated that she has a customers she has to serve .If you want more business ‘occasions ‘its better to get good cheerful people to attend customers. Not grumpy staff 😄 i give her negative score .

The staff is sweet and helpful.The interior is pretty.They need to have more varieties though and get new items may be.Bottom Line:Worth a try nothing really great about it. Theres a lot of room for improvement.

100% Eggless Bakery, which is the best thing about the bakery. You can always get fresh Cakes even without pre order if you missed it. Paid parking always available but do put the parking ticket even if going for collection. Its RISK.

Bought the choco crackle and it was very dry and not fresh at all, ruined the whole birthday.Plus dont ask for recommendations because i was recommended to buy the bigger size as its better 😒

This is my first time to bought cake in occasions for my wife birthday and i was amazed because the cakes is very presesentable and satisfying kudos to 2 Filipino ladies there because they are very friendly and accommodating,even its late night and they closing already but they still helped us to get a cake for my wife..surely recommended👍👍👍

When this cake shop opened in our DSO community for us it was first time we tried the cakes other than our favourite French Bakery or Bakemart.Spacious shop with good variety of cakes with unique flavours such as Rasmalai which is my favourite and indeed a crowd pleaser. What makes them also different is their big range of eggless cakes suitable for pure vegetarians.And other than cakes they had cookies and Indian Khari (puffed biscuits) with whole wheat and regular kinds.Staff been very polite and friendly, never had any bad experience.

Teach your staff some ethicates and mannerisms, one shouldnt give a second look or pre judge a customer if he/she will buy something or not. Not once but twice the lady over there is so rude when her boss is not around.🤮

Yallah one of my favorite and best shop, we ordered for my moms bday, they made so much efforts and prepared the cake. We stayed in DSO area and even the cup cakes and macaroons which they have are so much delicious. Loved them. Will definitely refer anyone to try atleast once. As you see the normal residents can even try once and see as the cost is little higher but worth for every penny you spend.

Finding a good cake shop for our daughters birthday was a daunting task. While checking out the nearest available ones, we caught a glimpse of the Occasion Cake Shop located at Silicon Oasis. The cake we bought was vanilla choco fresh cream cake. It was finger lickin delicious. Highly recommended for those who look out for the best in Quality & Taste.

A good bakery with good options of cakes , cup cakes, cookies and a few snacks as well.Although the cakes are good but not the best as they are not so moist inside.The place is centrally located in dso and they deliver.I got the custom cup cakes done by them looked good , tasted okay.Rates are affordable in comparison to others.

I used to be your costumer and I used to be happy from tour servive but yesterday what hapoened is not acceptable you gave me a spoiled cake of more than 3 days pkus the philipino lady in silicon oasis was having a bad attitude I was fasting and I wanted to buy chocolate that I did not know you have I said it is better I come back after Iftar the Indian guy is telling we close at 11:30 and the philipino is telling no 11:00 pm and they were both fighting about 11:30 and 11:00 In decided not to come back forever to your shop because of her but giving mea spoiled cake is not acceptable I might complain about it to costumer rights protection.

This outlet is small but neatly maintained. They have some pretty collection of cakes and pastries.The sweets were also equally good.Was initially planning to get a ras malai cake,but this outlet didn’t have that one ready,so got a ferrero cake. Was not disappointed.

Worst customer service and attitude. I used to be a regular customer in abu dhabi and expected same service in DSO. I placed an order for cake and they agreed that the cake would be ready next day by 12pm. When I reached there for collection, cake was not ready and they asked to come by 6 and also added that they cannot deliver. Very rude behavior and worst exp.. 🙏

We absolutely loved the Frozen themed Birthday cake!!! It tasted fabulous.....The flavors were perfect and I am glad we went with Occasions! Texture was great, looked beautiful and tasted delicious .. I must also tell that Rasmalai cake is our favorite too...

So disappointing, cake was so hard and tasted terrible, honestly when I called them they sent a replacement with an extra piece as an apology, but selling that kind of cake which I believe post expiry from the beginning is a big mistake, definitely last time.

One of the limited options in DSO for cakes and they serve above average cakes for our likings. We felt their cookies are far better than the cakes and its a good option for small presents too. Till we get a much wider option cake shop in DSO i have to rate this place three.Spinneys cakes more tastier and affordable IMHO.

Tried their cheesecakes and pastries! They have great flavours... And a lot of options. The texture of their cheesecakes was very smooth and it just melts in your mouth. They are very creative in their bakes and I definitely recommend it to all.

The cake I order and paid online they delivery a wrong cake, however it is not same that I have initially ordered. I call the cake shop the person I spoke to inform me they don’t have that kind of cake I order & that cake I want in other cake shop outlet, this an unbelievable reply. That means I don’t get what i ordered instead they will send to me what ever they want and whatever they have. May be even it is closer to expiry and that’s many be the reason they send what ever that have. I do t recommend they kind of actions and I feel like I was cheated. I don’t recommend anyone order from this cake shop and neither I do

I visited occasions for the first time as I wanted to treat myself to some desserts, the cakes looked amazing and delicious so I ordered the Chocolate fudge cake and the strawberry cheesecake. They both tasted just ok enough to be edible but they are no different than the cheap cakes you’d find in a small grocery store. The strawberry cheesecake was nothing like a strawberry cheesecake, basically it is a regular cake with strawberry jam on top and synthetic strawberry cream in the cake. I highly do not recommend this place.The staff are very unprofessional as well and have zero sense of what customer service is. When I went in, I was not greeted by anyone I had to approach the person at the counter to ask for what they would recommend for me as it’s my first time. Then when I went to pay the cashier kept trying for 5 mins then she was like the system is slow I said I don’t care about your system let me pay and you sort your system later.Not to mention the guy who looks like he is the manager kept giving me creepy looks.

Very nice selection of pastries, cup cakes, cookies..... cakes are yummy and tasty... They also have stuff related to birthdays, anniversaries etc... candles, toys, and dolls too.

Ocassions is highly recommended for delicious cakes! They as well give customised cakes as requested with same taste.

Lovely place to visit for the special occasions

Bought a birthday cake for our boy who turned 1 yr old last friday. We tried the sample and was delighted and immediately reserved one. They agreed to deliver as well since were living in the same area. On Thursday evening I received a call that they will open 4pm and its not possible to deliver on the time agreed. Friday morning my wife told them will not take it if not be delivered so they decided to deliver it anyway. When we open the box the cake designed was ruined, the cake was dry and not the same like the sample we had. So disappointing.
