The only way to make a partner happy especially for a long distance relationship is to give her something (flowers) then this kind of people ruined our special occasion today! I paid extra fee to deliver it between 9am to 2pm… Then they delivered it 9:20 pm! WOW! This is not the first time.. i will never recommend this company. 😡

For mothers day, I bought a bunch of flowers at Flower Store. To ensure a delivery on time during a busy day, I accepted to pay some extra money. In the end, Flowers Store did no fulfill it obligations and delivered the flowers more than 2 hours late. They even refused to refund the extra money I paid. This is called robbery. I would certainly not recommend Flowers Store to anyone. Walk away! They are many other companies having the same business in Dubai which are much more reliable and more serious.

The order I prepared and PAID FOR included 3 items, yet my recipient only received 2 items. Until now i have not received compensation for my money or the 3rd item i paid for. Of course that is because there is no way of communication, I have called the shop more than 35 times on different times of the day on different days, and yet no reply and I even sent them an email, no reply. To add to all of this, the order was supposed to arrive 6-10 pm, but ofcourse it arrived later. This has yet to be my worst online experience with a shop ever. If you dont mind wasting money on items you might or might not get, go for this place.

The flowers are fresh and well presented. You can also buy balloons, chocolates and cakes but I think they are expensive. I bought these online for £31, free same day delivery. 😊🌹🌼🌻🌺

They have a serious problem in managing the delivery time and it will ruin your special day. Last year, my bf ordered flowers and a cake for my birthday. They delivered it after 6PM in the evening. I thought that maybe they were so busy or there was traffic. This year, my bf ordered flowers again from this company for my birthday to be delivered around 10AM to my office. They called me around 4:30PM and said that they would deliver it by 6PM to my office!!! Everyone knows that normal working hours are till 5 or 6PM. They are delivering the birthday flowers after the office becomes empty?! After most of your birthday is already gone?! So, I had to ask them to deliver it to the location of my dinner appointment. Two years continuously their delivery was very late. Once can be taken as a mistake. BUT, it is not a mistake anymore and it is a failure of delivery management.

I am very disappointed with the flower store. I paid a premium rate for a same day delivery of a bunch of flowers, to be then called after I had paid to say that they cannot fulfil the order and they would have to be delivered tomorrow. They told me that they would call me back to inform me if I was entitled to a discount or a refund but they never did. I had to phone back to ask what had happened, and instead I was told I could have a free delivery on my next order!!! I was even told I would have an email to confirm this, no email! If I’d have known that the flowers would not have been delivered on the same day, I would have chosen a different company. How very disappointing.

This company is fraud, giving close bank account cheque and whenever we are calling in the office and asking for payment they said owner not in the office, so please be careful all customer and supplier with Mr. Ayaz (owner and partner).more then 100 time we called his office and his phone also but no reply. by luck one day one lady answer the call and she said i am new owner of this company and i explain all our issues and sent all necessary details to her but again same way she deal with us, so please be careful with this company.

I ordered online a bouquet and the customer service were very helpful it was delivered on time a bit last minute which would be better to avoided and leave some buffer time in case of unexpected delay but overall very very good experience, the flowers looked exactly like the photo

I gave this company a good rating a few months ago but after a recent experience I must advise everyone to stay away. Late delivery, lack of response and delivering a flower bouquet which was awful looking to the extent that I had to hide it from my wife on her birthday. All they had to offer me was that will deliver a replacement the next day. Appalling service even though I was a returning customer.

The payment wouldnt process online the night before so I sent them a message letting them know and how I could resolve this. I was so grateful to have received a proactive whatsapp from David the following morning apologising for the technical difficulty and an offer to process the order and email me a payment link instead. Horrible service. Booked them weeks in advance for flower delivery. Paid extra for delivery on the particular date and time. Come that day, the delivery time came and passed without any delivery or any apology call. In fact i had to keep calling the entire day and could only get through twice. The first time i was assured my delivery would be in 30mins, 2 hours later i called back to follow up and was told I would get a call back in 5 mins. That never happened either.Up until now, there is no delivery and no one has called back. Will never use them again. Save your money and avoid the hassle. There are very good competitors out there

I live in the US and I have been ordering flowers to deliver to my gf in Abu Dhabi and its been a really good experience so far.

Unfortunately the unprofessional manner of handling the orders, as well as their far location made my experience horrible. They give you a 4 hour or so time span of the delivery and out of the 3 times I have ordered from them, all 3 times the order took place 5-15 minutes before the end of that time frame. Which is what you sign up for. The quality of the flowers was good. The last time though, they have travelled about 8 hours in the car undelivered due to their own fault. Unfortunately, they were not professional enough to comfort me and promise me new flowers. I had to insist for them to get the new ones. It was during the Summer time, therefore one should understand the heat situation in Dubai. Overall, I will be trying to use other service for sure. The staff was not helpful at all. Arrogant, slow and unprofessional.Ps. They have the service, where you can schedule the delivery for a fee. This service has never appeared on the APP that I used... :(

Very Poor!Prepared and displayed not to last.Having spent a lot of money on a vase of flowers for our anniversary they started to die after two days.The reason being that none of the stems were in the water, they were pushed into the oasis on top with all the stems cut off below.A somewhat ridiculous way to present expensive flowers.Would not recommend buying from this company.

Better places to spend your money. Paid a very good amount for flowers, cake and balloon for delivery on my fiancées birthday as a surprise to her office. Paid extra for a time slot of 9am-2pm and as I write this review at 2:20pm it has not been delivered. Ridiculous request for extra money if they cant make it happen.I also requested that their driver call me if there was a delay and that too has not happened. Upshot of it all is the distribution centre for all deliveries is literally 3km away from my request.Do not waste your time or money with this place, as you will likely not get the surprise you are after and they will charge you handsomely for the inconvenience.Disappointing.
