Stale products, Bad Service - The service has definitely gone down. We have ordered several times from here. We ordered cheesecake, it was stale and crumbly from inside and did not taste good like cheesecake usually does. Firstly they did nothing when we made the complaint and only said they will contact us back. Nobody called back for 2 weeks. Then I went to the store. The store manager (Yasir) did not accept the mistake or offer a replacement rather was firm that there was no issue. The customer service is definitely poor and need to be worked on. I highly recommend the company management to look into this and treat customer complaints seriously. I was going to take the matter to the authorities as a matter of fact. Surely a disappointment and not dealt with correctly.

Waste of money. tooooooooo sweet princess cake and can feel suger on the top layer. I bough this earlier that was good but second time is my last time.

We have ordered velvet cake for father day and it was not fresh at all and was so smelly because of the cream. It seams that they made 2 or 3 days ago.

I asked Bake Al Arab to do this cake for a friends birthday. The picture doesn’t do it justice. They did an amazing job and it tasted wonderful. Not only that, there was a huge mix up with delivery which was my fault. They handle it perfectly and didn’t even charge extra for delivery. Amazing service.

I have ordered today their pistachio cake and it was the best pistachio cake I ever ate. Fresh and soft and so yummy. The staff were so friendly. Also, they accept cash on delivery. Definitely, Ill be ordering from bohemian again.

They are not honest at all I order a cake last week 2.5 killo it was for 262 DHS .. And this week i call them to order again 3 killo cake suddenly from 262 it becomes 550 dhs how itcan be double for half killo more I explained to them thay suddenly reduced it to 420
