Nice place to chill with friends and family. They have good variety food options. Food was tasty and drinks were good too. Its crowded at peak time so go before time.Service is good, staff is friendly too.

I had a great time here unwinding with friends. Even though it was July, we were able to sit outside along the canal. The price of the shisha is reasonable and the juices they serve are delicious. Staff were also very friendly! Just make sure you pay for your parking as its an RTA lot. Ps. Indoors might be a bit too smoky for everyones preferences.

Great place to go to if youre hanging out with people. Lots of seating options, friendly staff, and a variety of menu options. Their drinks menu is larger than their food menu.The outside seating area looks great in winter, the canal view is just outright sublime.We ate breakfast there where we ordered their kashkaval manakeesh and labneh with veggies. Both of them were absolutely delicious. We also ordered mojito which was surprisingly large in size and also zesty.Would definitely come back here again.

Kana Cafe overlooks the canal.. love that they have ample of outdoor seatings...enjoy the view while you smoke... Shisha is so good also their food doesnt disappoint.. theres a lot to choose from...I keep trying different things from the menu everytime.. enjoy sipping on a nice cuppa coffee or tea and watching the sunset on the canal..definitely a place to visit throughout the day.. quick service and hardworking staff.. they follow safety measures and sanitize tables.. although I wouldnt say the same for their w.c ..they need to be attended cleanliness 👎

Came to Kana with the intention of having a nice, relaxed afternoon with some good shisha and instead had a horrible exprience that we could only stand for a grand total of only 1 hour.It started with being ignored on arrival, to being silently ushered to a side table. When the waitress eventually came to take the order, she didnt even look at us whilst listening to the order and proceeded to bringing us a wrong order (which was only of 2 waters where one came without a glass even .... and a shisha).The restaurant was hot with a seemingly failing AC. Staff members kept bumping into our chairs with absolutely no apologies. And over all every staff member we encountered was very rude! At this point we gave up and didnt bother attempting to order food.The shisha lasted 45 mins before the flavour died. For a shisha to cost 68.50 AED, it was nothing but a mere disappointment.Definitely never returning back and instead heading to more authentic/non commercial shisha cafes.

Located in Business Bay Area, it has variety of items in its menu and very nice collection of juice cocktails and hot drinks. The shisah menu also have variety of flavors and you have the option to mix and match multiple flavors.Quite busy during the week ends and holidays. There is also the opportunity to watch your favorite football or sports match.

I never seen any Cafe restaurant bigger than kana Cafe but they have enough staffs to take orders,located in front of business bay with lake view on out side seating area , the foods were very delicious specially chicken and beef fajitas and their special pizza was delicious too, and the final thing that Id like to say is, if someone wants to try copochino or grape mint shisha, kana serving the best and its thebest choice for couples and family who like soft drinks and foods with smoking best shishas ♥️

Unfortunately the service was not very good. The staff were not very helpful and not very kind. When I met someone in a white dress, I think one of supervisors . the waiter who served us came and intervened very rudely before I even explained the problem. Waterfront Location of this place is an advantage , slightly pricy, what I dont like about this place is there is preferential treatment for customers who are well acquainted with manager and a differentiation for those who arent, also whenever I enter this place they dont treat warm. It seems more like we are desperate to sit there and the manager and some of his staff are doing us a favor to be seated. Those serving the food are pretty pleasant and quick. Shisha is great sometimes and sometimes not great, not consistent

The cafe is really nice and have a good variety of food and drinks. Also the view of the sea is breath taking. However due to its large size and being a crowded place, customer service is not really the best. Maybe little slow. But generally It is a nice place to go to especially with friends.

This is a great cafe and restaurant situated along Dubai canal. It has a huge terrace overlooking the water but is often full on most evenings - best to book ahead to make sure you get a table. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic. I havent tried their shisha but it seems to be very popular. Overall, definitely recommended.

Went outside hotel for breakfast and found this place along the waterfront. Menu standard western grill/mexican food but had some local variations also. Kitchen opens 10.30 and even though we were a bit earlier, food came surprisingly fast. Prices ok level. Two courses and coffees cost more or less the same as hotel breakfast. So good to have some variation!

Not impressive, unfortunately. Horrendous amount of waiters, servants, service staff - but all took ages, needed reminders and half of it got lost on its way. We ended up dining all individually with mixed courses, part of it already cold. Many items on the menus were not available, or “never have been availability”, as we were told?! The only thing what really run smooth was the water pipe!

The customer service from the shisha people is horrible, the manager is utterly rude. The Shisha used to be good before but I think they have ruined the quality deliberately to make sure people don’t stay for long and tables change so they make space for customers. It used to be a good spot, if you want to have a good time and not waste your money, take your business elsewhere!

A very nice cage in the city which is open till late in the night almost till 3 AM, located at the canal side, it has both inside and beautiful outside seating. Ambience is very calm and relaxing. Pretty popular for sheesha(Hukka) and the place is always full. We tried some mocktails and they were amazing- kana cocktail, strawberry are a few to name.Presentation is very good.Courteous and attentive staff.

I visited this cafe once for coffee and i noticed how spacious it is with many places to set inside and outside...they have a great service and good staff. But there is no place for non smoker...it is a smoking kingdom.Prices are little bit higher than average coffeeshops.

Had gone with frnds on a weekend morning. The place has a classic fusion interior finish and near the water where you can have quick walk.... Had ordered shisha which was quite good, Pina colada, Bahama tropical ,sheesh tabuk, veggie pizza, a fruit bowl and choclate banana stawberry crepe...We loved the drinks and shisha the food was above average. Bon appetite!!

From 7 pm it was very crowded, so early appearance is important for good places. We also had two cocktails (without alcohol), which were also delicious. That there was no alcohol available, was no problem for us.The hookah was okay, but it could definitely be better. Service was atrocious. We intended to sit inside the instant we arrived, but weve been waiting for over an hour and theyve made us to sit outside despite our request. Many tables were emptying inside, yet they were so hesitant to offer it to anyone other than the locals, as if no one from another culture mattered.The service is also terrible; after the food was served, the plates remained on the table for hours, and we had to continuously request that someone clear it for us.Please keep in mind that this place is not welcoming for everyone.

( old shisha from previous order was never removed from my table I sat there for 2hrs then I left it was still there )

While walking through the cafe I ve heard their manager yelling at staff twice! Unacceptable behaviour in front of customers. Waiters are polite , but shisha guy thought he can address me as habibi which is not acceptable! Also their shishas are basic Khalil mammon brand shisha which you can purchase at 50 aed price from carefour , hence the flavour is basic. Its overrated and always crowded for no reason... there are much better cafes around this area

It is one of the best shisha places in UAE. The coffee shop is really big and very well decorated . The area is full of nice shisha places with nice view over the canal . Their food is good and the prices are reasonable. It is crowded during the weekend specially when the weather is nice . You must try it.
