A beautiful and authentic coffe/ tea place tucked away in Bur Dubai with the most amazing view of the Creek and the water taxis. The decor is original in every sense and I love the feel and energy just sitting outside and watching the world go by! A Gem out of the ordinary!

A stop that anyone should made while sightseeing the old Dubai. Prices are average like any other tourist spot in Dubai. The view, breeze of the creek and a good coffee will make it worth every penny you pay in this place. One of my favorite spots in Dubai.

Such a lovely cafe hidden between the souk and the creek. I bumped into it by accident and had breakfast there with my parents. The coffee is great, the view is enchanting, their homemade cakes are delicious. Youll be transferred into old Dubai just by spending here a few minutes and you wish you could watch the mesmerizing life of the creek all day long.

One of my favourite cafes in Dubai. This place has a very laid back vibe and is located in one of the most traditional areas of Dubai. It’s really nice to enjoy a coffee and / or some food on the outdoor terrace here while simply enjoying the view over the creek and looking at the traditional abras passing by.

Mazmi Cafe / Mazmi Coffee & More, a relatively new joint at the edge of the Water Taxi Station and a watering hole appealing to the aesthetic and culinary senses alike of the tourists, local residents and businesses that operate in the vicinity. A brief visit, a couple of times in the last couple of months for a cup of coffee and to click photographs of the sunset, which presents itself as a rather vivid and enticing view from this location. Come winter, I am sure they will need to start accepting reservations for diners, as the location is immensely appealing. Watching the world pass by while enjoying your caffeine fix.

Super super adore this secret iconic cafe! Everybody loves the view while having coffee!! The only problem is sometimes there are flies. The food are prepared fresh and served with enough quantity. One thing I noticed is why they changed their falafel salad size. 😭

This beautiful cafe is located in old Souk near water taxi station. Enjoy Walking through the little maze of lanes of this old market. The aroma of Arabic perfume, spices and coffee will put you in auto-smile mode. Once you are done with the bright Bazzar, sit and enjoy @ Mazim cafe. Location is excellent, food is delicious and place is quite. A picture speaks better than words.

Very nice place next to bastakiya , on the side of the creek. Abra boats come and go near by and for some, they might not like the engine sounds and smell of gas. Also sea smell is strong. The menu is nice for deserts but didn’t like the options for meals.

Good quality food and interesting terrace with view on the creek. Service stays up to speed even when busy.

The main highlight of this cafe is its location! It get to witness sunset in most beautiful way. I tried hot chocolate at the cafe and it was quite good. Definately recommend this place if you want to spend a lovely evening.

I’ve never seen staff this rude to a customer. A member of staff kept arguing with me because of something I want to be changed. Other than arguing he gave me his back was I was talking very calmly and stormed off! Then when I mentioned to him that I did not finish talking he said “but I finished talking with you!” I was shocked! I’ve never been treated that way ever by anyone! 2 of my friends were with me and this incident ruined our whole outing!Even while trying to talk to the owner, the owner didn’t even care to know the details of the incidental fix anything, kept arguing like the staff member so I don’t know who to blame tbh.Coffee and staff 0/10.

A hidden gem making its mark in the Old Dubai!The ambiance at Mazmi Café is its biggest attraction! You have THE most mesmerizing views of old Dubai in it’s true aging grace. The main seating area at Mazmi Café is located outdoors. This is done up in a very relaxed and comfortable decor. Surrounding the seating area is the creek and all it’s bustling activity! One can spot several abras, boats transporting goods and people, and many seagulls flying over head. The interiors of this café is also beautifully designed. It has a gorgeous rustic and aesthetic look.It’s owned by Iliara who is from Italy and settled here in Dubai. She wanted to merge the authenticity of Italian cuisine and the beautiful views of Old Dubai. Her deep rooted passion for food encouraged the startup of Mazmi Cafe which has been running for three months now and doing really well. We loved the interiors which had a vintage touch giving both the Arab and Italian vibes.Bite Board:1. Hazelnut Lover [AED 22]: A classic combination that works it’s magic every time! The layers of espresso, nutella and hazelnut cream was just perfect. The whipped cream topped off made it light and balanced the flavor of the coffee. A must try for all the chocolate and coffee addicts!2. Torinese [AED 22]: This beverage was a pure delight! Hot chocolate in essence, this drink was served with a shot of espresso and Chantilly cream! We absolutely loved the presentation. The taste was superb! The chocolate was excellent and had that edgy coffee bitterness which we are big fans of. The Chantilly cream was literally the topping to this drink!3. Bastakya Passion Fruit [AED 30]: A fresh passion fruit drink that struck the perfect balance between sweet and sour. Its simply the best drink and we enjoyed having it by the creek side while soaking up some of the sunshine.4. Pasta [AED 35]:The ravioli was the special for the day and boy! We surely loved it! The pasta was perfectly cooked and stuffed with cheese. We would have even liked it better if the ravioli was served drowning in cheese sauce taking the dish to another level.5. Burrata Salad [AED 45]: Served with fresh rocket leaves and cherry tomatoes was a beautiful dollop of fresh burrata! It was plated beautifully and tasted just as good.6. Caprese [AED 42]: Fresh slices of mozzarella paired with tomatoes and served along with focaccia. The mozzarella was so airy, and just melted in your mouth! A simple and perfect starter to begin your meal with.7. Mimosina [AED 25]: This was a classic Italian dessert, served in a long glass. It was small cubes of sponge cake along with freshly whipped Chantilly cream. We found this dessert super delicious, soft and creamy! It was very light and we definitely recommend this for a sweet ending to your meal.8. Deliza Chantilly [AED 30]: An ideal dessert you can eat all day long and not feel guilty after. We devoured this one. It’s made of homemade cialda with Chantilly cream that’s light and creamy and some fresh fruits on top. Everything about this was delicious and we do recommend trying this out.9. Chocolate Mousse [AED 25]: A signature dish of the day we went and a is must try for all those who have the sweet tooth. It was creamy, so full of chocolate with the strawberries adding color and brownies giving the gooey texture to the dish.We had Iliara explain how it the venture began. All the staff members are friendly and quick on their feet to attend the crowd.The prices are super reasonable and for the view along with it couldn’t get any better.We are definitely making our way back for more Italian treats we missed out this time.

A lovely little spot to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets. Take a table by the Creek to watch the water taxis go by. The best time is late afternoon when the area is thriving and the sun is starting to set. Great place for a snack and a coffee, I loved the vegan bagel... nice to be well catered for.
