Breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a coffee....bateel will not disappoint. Service is excellent, atmosphere equally on par so suggest you try the traditional Arabic coffee or conventional alternatives.

We first tried the dates at the DXB airport and loved how fresh and high quality they were, so I made an online order last week to try out different types of the dates and I was happy that they shipped to Canada.I received them a few days ago and I have to say were very disappointed with the quality. These dates are dry and much inferior in quality. I sent them an email and didn’t get a response either.

A significant, significant drop in the quality of service.Examples:1. Quality of omelette has dropped, I am assuming they are using a shake not fresh eggs2. I had to ask for Olive oil, then I had to ask for a plate to pour it in (I had to explain that I don’t drink olive oil directly from the bottle)3. I asked for olive bread, I got 2 pieces of dried tomatoes Bread3. I asked for validation for my parking ticket, they said “we don’t know how to validate it”. I said can you ask someone? I was told sorry, we are under staffed and can’t even ask for you.Nice ambience though and my usual experience with Bateel is good. This is an exception.. and coffee was great btw!

Its nice place to have a coffe

I did not eat there, but I just had a drink. I was staying at VOCO right next door, and had a really bad case of food poisoning from some pakistani biryani that I had the night before. So I was not able to eat anything, and I dont even know why I walked in there, I guess I was hoping to see if something sounds good to my stomach. But they had this mint lemon something drink. I swear to God, it was all I needed to feel better. So thank you.

Cafe Bateel in Dubai Mall is located near the waterfall. Away from the rush of the mall. It has branches in major malls.It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner besides coffee and tea. We were there for breakfast yesterday. Loved the date bread. Besides food they sell a variety of dates and date products and chocolates.

Bateel is a great choice for weekday lunch. Their menu is varied and rich, with familiar dishes as well as some exclusive creations inspired from Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. The food is well presented, tasty, the quality of the ingredients is evident, even when I order delivery.Their pastries and bakery products arent too bad either, its always safe to bet on Bateel, theyll consistently serve nicely presented food of good quality. Its worth the extra 5 or 10 dhs.

All was ok. For that kind of pricing I would expect to feel delighted. Lentil soup was fine. Chicken sandwich was below average. Had to chase my waitress to get the sandwich once I was done with soup.
