Awesome tea. My Favourite place for tea in Dubai.

Undoubtedly Filli is a great place for hangout and have some really delicious snacks combined with one of the most promising Tea in town. They have included many other fast food in their menu which are really a must try specially the very juicy and cheesy pizza. I recommend the chicken dynamite pizza for pizza lovers. Though the place is small and gets crowded due to ease of access to the location. Parking offcourse is plenty below in mall basement. Recommended.

Small cafe right near the entrance from the bank street. Good staff and accommodating. Good value for money. Great option for the price range and average breakfast can cost around AED 10 (which is pretty reasonable for a mall seating)Would recommend it to give it a try.

As fili is known for the TEA is good and good ambience. Food is ok they can do better but all in all good place

Small outlet with less sitting arrangements. Service is good. Paratha was tasty and the zafran tea is amazingly tasty. Exactly brewed, appropriate sugar not less or more perfect tea for tea lovers and must try for others.

Filli Cafe is located in the ground floor of Burjuman Mall opposite to Dome cafe and near to Emirates NDB Bank. This location is easily accessible via BJM metro as well.Tried their signature Zafran Milk Tea, and just loved it 🍵.. Also their vegetarian steamed Momos were simply fabulous and authentic! The Filli Samosa is something which should not be missed.Highly Recommended. 🌟👍

I love the Tea. its affordable and very tasty. I gave 4 stars as there is only few seats available where you need to wait before taking your turn,and some customers are not even eating or having their drink anymore. but over all i love the service and food..

Very good tea, and even better staffs. One staff in particular was really helpful and very polite. I will definitely going back - just be served by the same waitress. Thank you Suprabha, for the great service and making my trip to Fillies a memorable one. The place has a very energetic vibe to it and its fun to sit and enjoy a very good cup of tea. Definitely worth a try.

The service is good and the Tea is heavenly. The only complaint I have is the management needs to be a little strict with dining rules. We were 6 of us, and the sitting sofa area was blocked by a girl who apprently was waiting for her friends to join. She didnt even allow to take the chairs and the management did nothing. We waited for 15mins then finally found a seat, got our tea spent a good 30mins and left.....but all this while the girl was still waiting for her friends to join. Customers are not always right you know!

Love the maska bun with the masala chai. The best.

For those living aroud Burjuan, Filli Cafe is a blessing as they can often dine in here and have a perfe t meal of the day. Dynamite Chicken Paratha is my favorite. But almoat everything on their menu is superb. Tea of course is their specialty, so all kinds of tea they offer will definitely bring joy to you. Highly Recommended!

The beat saffron chai I have ever had, the samosa is one of the best. The perfect quantity served in the best form ever possible. The place is occupied most of the time, so sometimes it can be hard to find a place to sit.

Good stuff, however they need to reduce the number of sugar added to their teas else this can give you diabetes

I am a regular at Filli... Love their tea... But off late their service levels are pathetic....the owner should review these things....

I went with my friend....very late 11pm to specially drink tea and tea was cold not hot enough I felt sad because I have insisted my friend to come with me for tea ... And this experiencedI really like infrastructure but not the tea may be it was not hot thats why.... I am hudge tea love ❤ sorry for my not ok review..... But its true

Loved this place for Zafran Tea ! A cozy place more colourful and trendy zone nice place to hangout for a tea.! You can have tasty breakfast and some best sandwiches in veg.., near by you can find rest room easy to access decent pricing very courteous service! They don’t mind if you share the food very nice place!

They made special tea for me, tea honey lemon.Friendly staff try to help you. Was my first time and was positive thanks for your the cup of tea whick makes everything better :)

Had pizza there but it was like curry sauce pizzaNot that great

I like their tea so much. In near silicon Oasis branch,I had chicken tikka sandwich its also superb. I try with some other branch,but I didnt get same taste.Taste of same dishes different in between branches.Thats the only problem I noticed. Other wise all ok.

One of the best cafe in dubai...

Cooped in corner of Burjuman Mall. Its a nice place to hangout over special brand of filli chai (saffron chai). Place is always busy, Ive always loved the tea at Filli. Staff is Very friendly and cheerful staff.

The coffee is not bad here. Had a latte, tastes okay. Beans are freshly ground daily. But the pastries are not as good as Costa or Tim Horton nearby. Still, its a good place to work on laptops and quiet in the mornings. It does attract quite a crowd of office workers looking for a light coffee lunchtime escape. The free WiFi is not stable, so if you need to surf for work, best is Costa cause they have excellent WiFi connection.

In the midst of the hustle and bustle in Burjuman Mall there is this cafe nicely tucked away in a corner. The staff members are courteous and the rates are affordable.Besides the coffee and tea varieties they also have shakes and a newly introduced pistachio drink which was amazingly delicious.It is a highly recommended place for small group meetings related to business or even afternoon ladies meetings over a tea or coffee.

Their Zafaran tea is a must try. They also have good side dishes options. Ambience is usually very lively. Good place to hangout with friends.

It is an Awesome & Amazing place with ultimate taste of Tea. I never had such a taste. Asians would like it. Samosas are also available.

I had a keema burger 🍔 and it is the worst burger anyone will have. Why dont they take this item out from the menu.The keema taste like a chicken curry which is supposed to eat with rice not with bun.Dont try their chicken keema burger waste of my money.

Great Tea as usual, tables are kept very close with no signage. Once we sat, they asked us to move to a far space. Cashier was friendly Service crew could be a bit more friendlier.

Well nothing much to write about filli again one of the best and famous tea and snacks spoy in dubai. They kept the standard same which is a big success. Visited burjman filli and had omlate with classisc tea. Though omlate inwill rate 3/5

Disappointed. The service is very slow and staff attends to you after making you wait for long. Dont know if they are being paid on time and properly or something else, the management needs to look into it immediately.I have tried their Feggie Sandwich for the second time (today at Burjuman outlet) and the description in the menu it doesnt match with what they serve. It states as A cheesy veggie delight. Fresh veggies infused in pesto and spices with mozzarella cheese. Whereas in reality its a frozen vegetarian patty with some cheese. I couldnt even taste the pesto in it.I have also highlighted the same to their staff at the Al Hudaiba branch. However, was met with little enthusiasm or ability to actually accept their wrong marketing. On the contrary I was being told that I interpreted the menu incorrectly.Its a shame as once upon a time Filli really used to be our go-to place for casual hangouts. Wondering if this happens to all the brands once they become successful or is it just a isolated incident. Will never know.Hope the management will look into this seriously and check their menus rigourously before allowing false marketing to continue thinking customers are blinded by its brand name itself.

Its known for its saffron tea.. Which was really good. But very badly prepared food. We tried their masala bread omelet which was average.... Samosas were average... Chicken wraps okay kinda. Good place, however for chit chat with friends or informal business meetings
