A haven inside the airport. A very good spot to grab a cup of coffee and enjoy some fancy chocolate before stepping into the plane. I’d like to thank Mighty in particular for her help and hospitality. I recommend this place

Extremely nice service at the counter. I observed the staffs helping a customer who is elderly and didnt understand the language, painstakingly for a long period. Great compassion.Recently while passing by, I went in and had a Hot chocolate at 25 dhs and a fruit cake slice at 17 dhs.In airport, these prices are very reasonable.Both the items were superb. The hot chocolate came with a small chocolate cube, which was also top class. The chocolate was in a tall glass, large quantity indeed. The shavings of delectable chocolates on the top made for gourmet tasting. The cake slice was thick and you could feel the fruit pieces on every bites.Will visit again. They have many other snacks and chocolates, coffee and sandwiches for light meals. And a super lovely interior and decor

Terminal 1, you have checked in and also cleared your immigration. After getting chocolates, perfumes, and other gifts for your loved ones. This is the time to sit, relax and treat yourself with coffee and cake slice. If you are hungry then Sandwiches would be your food

Best hot chocolate ever

A mouthwatering cafe with the finest cakes and croissants.A creamy latte, a walnut and pistachio cake and an almond croissant really made my day and relaxed me before the flight.In fact, this is one of favorite cafes of all time. I kept the receipt for 5 months in my wallet with the words: The coffee and the cakes from this shop were absolutely amazing.I hope I visit this cafe again someday soon. Thank you so much for the delightful experience.

This is an Irish chain. The quality is very high. With every drink you get to have your choices of a piece of chocolate. My favourite is 70% truffle. The location is in the middle of Terminal 1 D. Around of the location there are more food options. It is located very near to all gates.

On Feb. 7th, 2020 i had the misfortune of having a cinnamon apple muffin before an international flight. I really thought it was really strange that the wax paper used to bake the muffin was soaked with oil but i ate it anyway. 30 minutes later and while inflight i had the worst food poisoning experience of my life. I really thought i am going to die.Stay away from this shop

Nice services are provided by Butlers chocolate cafe,so many varieties of chocolates and pastries are there, sandwiches are also good in quality.

Ordered Beef w/caramelized onion. Asked to make it hot and panini. Sandwich turned out to be cold (only outer bread was heated) and the sandwich us half filled (dont get fooled with the front side, it goes only half way in)

Had the lunch in this cafe, staff wasnt smiling, Cesar Roll was dry and old, cups were dirty, i asked another one but it was the samr so i used take away cups. Double chocolate cake was amazing

That was a bad idea. The guy behind the counter praised the Mozzerella Panini with Basil Pesto so I took it and a water. 55 AED (15 euros) later I took a bite. The thing was poor in taste, the tomatos were dried up and the mozzerella was of poor quality. On top of it the sandwhich was not even filled half. I would not have expected this from the appearence of the shop. Cannot recommend and would not come again.

I just had an enormously expensive hot chocolate here, more than twice what I would usually pay. The drink had gross things floating in it that I had to spit out, really bad experience.

I was extremely hungry, so I stopped at this place called Butler’s Chocolate to grab a snack before my flight. The staff was incredibly kind and provided great service, the food was absolutely delicious, on the coffee we ordered, they made a heart with milk (which was adorable), and they even gave us a free chocolate! I love this place so much and they definitely impressed me on my first visit :)

Very bad experienceI ordered a small mocha coffee ... and I got hot chocolate ... it was sugar text ... and it was very cold ... and I returned it to them and they added hot steam to it and unfortunately the taste differed for the worse ... the price is overpriced and it has other options that are better and cheaper than it.

When you receive your chocolates, take care to leave them at temperature. Do not put them in the refrigerator, as the chocolate may turn white. We recommend that you consume them within a month, as long as you resist them for that long.

The coffee is very delicious, but I like to serve it with two pieces of chocolate so that I can taste with pleasure and give myself the option to choose a box of chocolates
