Good strong coffee .. good service .. the food is good .. but in small portions comparingto the high price .. and its take long time ⌛ to be served..Music is not to my taste!It is not one of my favorite defiantly. One experience place 🙏

Beautifully decorated cafe, great spot for cakes and drinks with friends and family. Highly recommend the chocolate brownie, its very rich and not overly sweet. Service is lovely, prompt and friendly. Allody was particularly professional and attentive. Thank you for making our visit comfortable and enjoyable.

Restaurant in dubai mall the new extension the food is so yummy and the service is perfect and the staff are so nice and friendly special the waiter her name is Tessa shes very welcoming and kind and the restaurant serve sweet as well i highly recommend it

The place is cozy and great, i ordered the honey pudding and a flat white, they brought the coffee before the dessert i was expecting to get them together, however i talked to the waitress she was very friendly and asked her to being the coffee with the dessert. She did , the pudding is amazing but heavy so I recommend it for two people instead of one, but i was so disappointed with the coffee it was boiling hot , the milk was steamed to the burning point. So I recommend the barista to ask the customer if they would like their coffee extra hot or with the normal standards. Overall i do recommend the place and hope they fix their coffee ratios .

This is not our first time here but will probably be the last. To start with the service is painfully slow, it took 20 minutes to get someone’s attention and when we did we asked the waiter a simple question ( what beans do use for your coffee) he went back to ask and never came back apparently the question was very difficult. We ordered 4 hot drinks in dine in cups. All 4 cups were dirty as if it was used multiple times before serving it to us. Especially during covid times, all cups/plates/cutlery should be perfectly clean before serving it to the next customer. Being busy is not an excuse for this horrible experience.

Karak is sickingly sweet. It should be made sugar free and the customer decides to add sugar or not. Also, it’s quite overpriced for the quality of the food you get. I wouldn’t come again.

The breakfast is really basic.Turkish eggs is nice but the bread is not warm. French toast is too sweet, even without the extra serum. The lychee mocktail is good but pricy. (32 dhs sth?)Might try the lunch or dinner next time. The design and vibe of the cafe is quite chic anyway, and the main tone is pink, most of the decoration and plates are pinkish.

I used to visit this place for their coffee and breakfast. I noticed that they reduced the menu options. What i didnt like is i ordered food and i asked for replacements and they didn’t mention that there is a charge ! I dont think i would visit the place again!

Date spiced latte is super good and tasty ,, has a hint of Arabic coffee that’s a bit sweet with some dates on the top ,, love it 😊

The atmosphere is good. But the deserts and the coffee is bad. We ordered pistachio cake and a honey cake, I didn’t like the pistachio at all but the honey one was not bad.I only drink americano everywhere and every time, in this cafe I believe it was the worst americano I’ve ever had.

You seriously consider yourself a cafe or anything close to hospitality ?I dont even know what people come here for. Coffee is bad desserts are just horrible service is poor.You invested so much in the interior and equipment for the cafe but dont really make any use of it.

Not recommended for dining or dessert. The Burrata is not creamy from inside, the eggplant mattay not enough sauce felt like i’m eating plain rocket and the eggplant is dried. Karak french toast tastes weird, shrimp risotto tastes like tomato paste. I only liked the atmosphere i hope they change the chef.

Soooo the worst desert unless you like eating bread with Arabic coffee poured on top aka toast with gahwa. Coffee came late and bitter. Food is ok.Desserts are good.Service level is very low. Waitresses were ignorant and also unlike many restaurants in Dubai, no smile in face, feels they all are unhappy or dont care. They are also very slow, had to wait a lot and ask myself after 20 mins for somebody bring the menu

The mojitos were the only redeeming quality. The food was insanely expensive with miniscule portions. Extremely disappointing.

1- Food was good, but coffe cup was dirty from outside.2- just an idea, better next time make the frozen acai in so many flevers in a frozen big bowls like ice cream shops so when customers come they just choose the flavors put in the bowl and put the fruits it will make the customers want acai more .

Amazing cappuccino, pistachio milk cake is to die for and definitely a must try!! They just launched it and if you may, head to the Two at Symphony in Dubai Mall, Fashion Avenue. The cafe in itself is instagrammable more so the foods they serve!! Double thumbs up to the smiling face of the employees too!!
