Worst Experience ever, with the quality of food and customer service was so poor that they act rude gradually, if you dont spend up to their expectation. Sheesha is not worth the buzz.Dont get lured by the promotions they run, Call them and verify before you go this place, as they will not have many things on menu available.

Customer Service is not acceptable. Sat on chair and no one took courage to come and take order. Had to call them by hand gestures.Went on Mens Night and order Chicken Tandoori. The price was 50+. The sad part of it was with full chicken Tandoori they are giving just 3 slices of bread 🍞If you ask for more they charge on it.How can someone give you just 3 slice bread with full chicken tandoori and on table their are 3-4 persons.Sheesha was somehow acceptable.But i am not going next time. Their food is expensive and no quantity.

Good place for a weekend gathering. Not as noisy as some of its neighborhood cafes which is a good thing. Ambience, service & food is pretty good. Definitely on my list of cafés. Although, 1 thing Id like to recommend is a little extra cautious approach towards checking on the walk-in people for their temperatures and sanitization for the time being.

Gr8 place to have sheesha and snacks. The best flavors i have ever tried. Very friendly and makes u feel like your own. Love the bunch of people there. Never felt alone. :)

A very good joint specially for Sheesha. The best of their sheeshas are: Ex-girlfriend and Mindblowing ... you should also try their food as it compliments the sheesha very well.The ambiance of the place is exactly like its name Burnout... every thing is quite dark with dim lights... but the play really good songs ... you can also enjoy their indoor games like, carrom, ludo, monopoly, scrabble, zinga, and many more.... without any extra cost...They have their own parking... which is free... so u dont have to worry....

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!Amazing ambiance and one the best hookah I’ve ever had!! I recommend anything with Pan and their tea (Indian chai) is out of this world! Outstanding customer service and very affordable prices. Sam you did a great job!

They have really nice shisha but the food isn’t as good. They order some of their food in the nearby restaurant called al amoor and they charge it in a higher price

Food needs major improvement, smoke exhaust is very poorly maintained, so for people who are non smokers, its very difficult, most of the staff were not using masks properly (posted during covid times)

First time and found it by coincidence. They get walk in from around Karama I guess. Sheesha is good and a small range of menu items from their own kitchen. Otherwise they order food from the next door Indian Restaurant for you

Lovely shisha with great staffs

The experience was average. We ordered two cocktails of pan Sheeha out of which one was very strong with the mint flavor. We ordered drinks which are also on the average side.

Cosy interior, decent decorations and nice seating arrangements. Good selection of shisha flavours and beverages. Combo options available during happy hours and board games to wake up the kids inside you 😉 Only drawback I found is the location which is hardly visible for walk-in customers, other than that it is pretty decent hang out place in Karama opposite to Dubai frame.

A bit hidden place but good for lounge type of people who have a good sense of long sittings and Gup-shup over Sheesha with good music.

They have delicious starters & chaat and awesome cutting chai and ofcourse great shisha. We were a group of 8 and had a great time.

Try it for the zafran pan shisha. The hot beverages are ok but the food portions are really good. The masala fries are served hot and crispy with a side of mayo and ketchup. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Good place to catch up with friends on a low-key night.

One of the best shisha cafe I have ever visited in Dubai, the best part of the cafe is the sickest graffiti interior designs, the ambience, service and the food is absolutely delicious, I tried the pizza fries and non veg platter, it was absolutely up to the mark and I also tried my favourite mocktail virgin mojito and here it was actually mouth watering, amazing taste and about the Shisha, I would say its one of the best in dubai, I have tried the fruitella and zafraan spring water flavours and I loved it, i would definitely recommend this cafe to everyone.
