Not a bad place overall. Its well maintained and kept clean. Access to public transportation is a very big challenge. Plan your trip very carefully if you arent driving. A lot of media production companies have their operations in this area. Another factor to consider is the lack of public rest areas like park benches and what not. I guess they dont want you lingering but if have to wait for a taxi for 30 minutes like I did, it would be nice to do it while seated.

Great place, easy access to highway. Most tourists places are 15 minutes away. The entrance and exits are only 2, so thats bottlenecked every morning and evening going out and coming in. Mind those extra 20 minutes to half hour on your usual commute.
